Convenient location!

We had a great time at the property-the two master suites were perfect for our family and another couple. The patio out front was great for grilling/hanging out! We’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent girl's weekend getaway. Beds were PHENOMENAL...so comfy. Loved the 2 Master Suites. Beautifully decorated. Nice new appliances. Centrally located on the island. Such a relaxing spot.

Excellently Appointed Property & Stay in Harkers

We were very impressed with this property. It was exactly as pictured, well-stocked with essentials, and even had outdoor games available on the large patio. The location was also excellent with the Fish Hook Grill directly across the street and easy walking distance to Billy's market. Access to the Cape Lookout ferry and an excellent charter service, Salty Old Soul Charters, for fishing and shelling was only a couple of miles away. Will definitely be back.

Relaxing Girls Weekend

This was a very relaxing girls weekend. The rental home was fantastic! The owner left supplies, a goodie basket, and everything went as planned. It has great finishes and interior design inside. I would highly recommend this rental for any vacation - it’s suitable for anyone! The covered front porch area has great seating areas to sit and talk in the shade, out of the hot sun, and allows the nice breeze to come through. We spent most of our time outside on the porch talking, playing corn hole, and enjoying the scenery. The Fish Hook Grill is right across the street and had fantastic food. I couldn’t have asked for a better Memorial Day getaway. Highly recommended!!

Labor Day Weekend @ Harkers Island

Hello, We stay Friday - Monday over Labor Day weekend. I wanted to see Cape Lookout. We took the ferry over on Saturday, which was just a short quick ride to the ferry dock from the house. We did purchase our tickets before going and the Ferries were sold out that afternoon. The restaurant across the street was wonderful. We had 2 dinners over there. Sunday we took a day trip to Beaufort, a 24-minute drive from the property. The beds were super comfy and the place was very clean. Looks just like the pictures on the site. Thanks, Jessica

Great Harker's Island Place!

This place is perfect if you're looking to go to Cape Lookout or Shackleford Banks. It's just down the road from the ferry. It was a great place with everything we needed. The quiet location was a definite plus. The rental essentially has 2 master bedrooms, each with its own bath, so it would be ideal for 2 couples or a small family group. The extra space to entertain outside was also a plus! No complaints at all. Amy was a great host.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I grew up coming to the Crystal Coast. 11 years ago we chose Harkers Island as our home away from home. I now work in Carteret County and we consider it our home. We bought this Duplex winter of 2022 and have spent the recent months remodeling it and making it as comfortable and relaxing for our guest. We spend our downtime fishing the pristine waters of the area or relaxing with our children and grandchildren. We hope that you will enjoy our property and the area as much as we do!
