I’ve never stayed in a cleaner VRBO. This place was the perfect place to see gardens of the gods and Pikes Peak. There are also many restaurants and pubs close by.
We had a great stay here and it was perfect for what we needed for our family of 3. Great location close to restaurants. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The property was as described. I would stay here again and recommend it!
Excellent communication and clear instructions. Thanku for a wonderful stay! Loved the little touches like creamer for coffee, comfy bedding and theme.
I was very pleased with my stay. The property was just what i expected from the listing. It was very clean. Property owners were pleasant and helpful and had a nice binder with recommendations of different things to do. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay again in the future.
We came into town for a week for a friend’s wedding — this place was perfect for the two of us. It’s worth mentioning that the ceilings are very low, but if you aren’t taller than maybe 5’9 or so, you’ll be more than comfortable. This property is cozy as could be and had absolutely everything we needed. Would absolutely come back again and recommend anyone to book!
The property was well appointed and good use of space. It very clean and was perfect for the quick stay. Close to Colorado College and shopping areas. If there was the miniest of washer dryer in the unit then a longer stay would be perfect. Thank you Katie for being flexible on the early departure. Great stay and comfy bed!
Everything was so well thought out. The "foxy" decor was adorable. Thank you for the special attention for our anniversary. We had no issues with the low ceilings and would stay there again.
The stay at Katie's proved to be comfortable and fun. The apartment was cute and well appointed. A nice refuge to return to after a long day of meetings. Extremely comfy bed. We especially liked the neighborhood. Walking distance to a grocery store, coffee shop, and an adorable little restaurant. I would absolutely stay here again.
This property was very clean and super cute. The owners were a lovely family. They answered our questions quickly. The ceilings were low but not an issue for my husband or I.
Our experience was great. owner reached out and explained there is a family living above you to ensure we understood there could be pitter patter of little feet. It was hardly noticable. Owner was very helpful. Overall a good affordable place to stay.
This is a cute little property in close proximity to lots of things in Colorado Springs. Owner Katie lives upstairs and is very responsive to messages. She will tell you ahead of time, but this is in the basement, so ceilings are low. Fine for me, but a bit close for my husband :) overall a great stay!
The location was easy to find and it was located in a well-kept, older, classy neighborhood. Our host communicated with us where to park and entranced instruments.
The VRBO aka "The Fox Den" was clean, bright and welcoming.
We very much enjoyed the binder of places to eat, breweries, coffee shops and things to do that the locals enjoy. Comfortable big bed, and nice kitchen area. The ceiling height is alittle low but that didn't bother us.
We would stay here again.

The property was great, as well as the host. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Loved the charm and decor touches. Great location. There is a grocery store one or two blocks behind the property and down the road. You must try the tasty freeze, local soft serve! My husband and I are both tall, however we managed around fine. This place was just perfect for our trip. Would stay here again next time in Colorado Springs! Thank you!
My daughters and I stayed a week in this apartment. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The details to match the name were a wonderful touch. I really liked the historic neighborhood as it was quaint, convenient, and most importantly safe. The ceilings are low, but that wasn’t an issue for us at all.
It is a basement apartment with a family living above, but we were there to eat breakfast, leave for the day, and come back to shower and sleep. I would stay here again.
