Great time!
It was our 40th anniversary, we had great time, house was great, secluded enough for some privacy, but close enough to things to not be too far from restaurants and things to do. House was just what it said online, definitely will be back.

Great Experience in the Woods
The cabin was very clean and nice. We cooked a few meals there and had all the necessary cookware. Beautiful view out every window. Comfortable beds and furniture. There really are bears so don't leave your car windows down. We watched a bear get in the car through a window! The pool and bar at the clubhouse are nice. The kids swam whilee we had drinks.

Josh's Laurel Forest Retreat was a wonderful stay
Josh's Laurel Forest Retreat was located in a private gated community. The cabin was off the main road so it was quiet and peaceful. Josh's gave easy instructions for finding and entering the cabin. The kitchen/dining/lounge area was very spacious as were the bedrooms. The location was close to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park where we spent most of our time. There are some very good restaurants in the area in addition to gas stations and a grocery store. Over all I consider Townsend one of the perfect locations for entering and exploring the park.

Blessing
This place was such a beautiful, peaceful, BLESSING!!! I got to meet my first grandchild here (grandson)! It was such an amazing time and place to be with my family. My son lives in Maryville and met us at this beautiful home. My father passed days prior so it was just a blessing to stay at this home, a time for healing and yet a time for rejoicing and celebrating my new grandson. This place brought joy and beautiful memories forever! It’s perfectly located in the Smokies and lacked no amenities! We also had a visit from a friendly bear it was scute as heck and not scary and didn’t stay too long, but was exciting! There should be absolutely no hesitation booking this place also Air B&B is a little intimidating for us “older people” but it was very easy so that also made it more enjoyable and less stressful! Thank you, God Bless !!!! !
