Great location off the main road and in walkable distance to downtown. Enjoyed trail access at the end of the street (kind of hidden, but it does connect with main trail system).

The overall stay was good but we reached out to the host about outlets in both bathrooms did not work and there was no answer. The location was not close to bath house row as indicated and not an easy walk more like a 5 minute drive. Otherwise the house was clean, comfortable, and a great place for peace and quiet. Our trip was for my niece and I to get away together. We really enjoyed the shopping, eating and cold plunge . Hot Springs is a definite getaway for anyone.

We did not feel the property was as close to town as the listing led us to believe. We felt somewhat isolated from the attractions we were there to see, though there was one hiking trailhead within a block or two.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for us. The location was close to everything and the house met all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again if we return to this area in the future.

Fantastic location. We were able to walk to the downtown strip easily, the way back to the house was up a hill, so our calves hated us, but all in all it was in a great spot! The house was quaint and clean. Amenities were great. Perfect house for a girls trip. My only suggestion would be to label the light switches to the dining and living rooms, although we had quite a few giggles trying to figure out which was which. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again!

Great little house

Beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. One of my favorite places we have stayed using VRBO. Would highly recommend. Close to bath house row and shops downtown as well.

We highly recommend this home! This is an excellent property. The host was constantly in touch with us from beginning to end of our stay.The home was so spacious and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious. The bathrooms were huge! Plenty of towels and amenities were provided by the host. Even though we did not use the kitchen, it had plenty of everything if we had wanted to. It is so convenient to downtown Hot Springs. A minute drive. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean and cozy

It was cozy and relaxing for me and my wife to spend our anniversary and the property was really close to the downtown attraction and also there was enough room for if we wanted to bring the kids sometime

This property was our first time to rent a house instead of staying at a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. The house was clean with everything you need for a weekend away. It was just like home. We had 6 people (2 adults, 4 kids) with enough space for everyone. If we go back to Hot Springs, we will stay here again. We highly recommend this place.

Mother/Daughter’s Trip

This trip was the PERFECT get-a-away for my mom and her 3 adult daughters. We came from, Russellville, TX,GA, & CO to experience a part of AR my mom has always wanted to visit. The property was located close to everything we wanted to experience yet it felt we were out of town in a quaint and safe neighborhood! The property management stayed connected and were accommodating. The home is clean, delightful in color and comfortable to call “HOME” for 3 sleeps. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants the feel of a “home away from home”. Thank you for a beautiful experience for our mom’s birthday weekend!
