We live on Nantucket and have had this second property as a timeshare for many years without actually using it. We have joined family members during their owenership periods, always finding the house comfortable, fun and conveniently located to Millie's and the beaches. We are easily reachable.

Why they chose this property

The location to quiet walks along local ponds, the beach and easy access to Millies and Smith's point if you have a beach vehicle makes for a tremendous Nantucket getaway. NRTA's free service to town is a 7-8 minute walk.
