I am a house with two floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms & 1 half bathroom. I'm equipped with a kitchen, living room and spacious screened patio overlooking our swimming pool and ocean! I'm located in one of the longest powder gray sand beaches in Costa Rica, oftenly visited by many animals like macaws and parrots. You'll be 35min from Jacó and 1hr from Manual Antonio National Park. You are also just a couple of steps away from one of the best restaurants in Esterillos Este "Hotel Pelícano", same owner as the properties you are staying. Our restaurant and beach bar is currently open for lunch and dinner. We will be offering breakfast soon! Send us a message if you'd like more information.

Beach - absolutely stunning sunrises and sunsets. Hardly anyone there, felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves, even though it was the week of Christmas
Host was very accommodating and helpful.
The location was awesome. Not a big deal for us but the property shares the lot with a second house and the pool is shared. Was super nice meeting other people. The host was great. Had a great time
This is a rural beach house on a beautiful stretch of rural beach. We found the house to be equipped with everything that we needed. We were able to prepare our meals, make coffee, store food, shower, and sleep comfortably. This is not a high-end hotel.
The owner, Paul and property manager. Carlos were really attentive to our family's needs. Any extra towels or toilet paper was easily gotten.
There is a hotel directly next-door also owned by Paul that has a chef name Rosa, who cooks amazing food that we enjoyed almost nightly. The pool that we used was enjoyable. It was a Family atmosphere that we felt very welcome in. The beach is beautiful and located within I’m driving distance of other beaches, towns, and activities

Great Location but accommodations not as described on the listing.
This house has great potential but is not ready to rent. It’s in a great location and right in front of a beautiful beach but it needs a lot of TLC and some new furniture. We were told that the house came with a fully equipped kitchen and all the linen that we would need during our stay. Everything in the kitchen is really old and rusted. The kitchen had one pot with no lid, an old stained chopping board, a broken coffee maker, a blender, a few mugs, some plates and really old kitchen utensils. Definitely not a functional kitchen. The beds had sheets only and we got two really old towels. After asking for more towels and bed covers, we were given some stained beach towels and some blankets. Unfortunately, the first afternoon we were here we had to spend cleaning, asking for items that were missing and we needed for our stay and setting up beds that we thought would be ready when we arrived. The house has a really bad moldy smell. Some of the windows are broken and you can’t open or close them. The showers were dirty, some of the doors don’t work and all the hardware throughout the house is rusted. There is no lighting in the covered patio by the dining table (there is a broken floor lamp) and the table and chairs are not in good shape. The sofa bed is old and un-usable and the sofa feels humid when you sit on it. The house did not have potable water and we were not notified of this until we noticed sandy brown water coming out of the kitchen faucet. The pool was dirty, full of leaves and we were only able to use it for a day during our three-day stay because they decided to do maintenance on it halfway through our stay. The tin roof on the outdoor patio is completely rusted with rusty pieces all over the floor. We felt it was unsafe to use. We had no water at all in the house the last night we were there. I have to say that after asking for some money back when we arrived due to the property not being what we expected or what was listed on the post, we were given a discount but if I would have known all the problems we would have during our short stay here, I would have looked for a different place to rent. Another thing that was not mentioned on the post and we think it's important for guest to know, is that this house shares the pool/property/parking with another rental house.
It was a beautiful location on the beach and the offered lots of restaurants and activities along the shoreline. The host, Carlos, was very accommodating with our group and helped to make our trip as enjoyable as possible)
