3-room apartment with fjord view right in the center, only 200 meters to the beach

Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a well maintained apartment complex with a magnificent view of the Kiel Inner Fjord and the city of Laboe. The apartment is easily accessible via a lift.

Through the hallway you reach the modern furnished living room, from which the kitchen and the two bedrooms go off.
The apartment offers enough space for four to five people.
For sleeping arrangements, two single beds (2m x 0.90m) and a double bed (2m x 1.70m) are available in the two bedrooms. A sofa bed in the living room can be used as an additional bed.

On the sunny side of the Kiel Fjord is the beach Laboe. With its 5000 inhabitants, it has retained its almost village tranquility, but still offers the holidaymaker all the amenities expected of a resort.
Laze on the beach while marveling at the big crusaders and container ships that sail into the Kiel harbor or into the locks of the Nordostsee Canal - that's what you can do on the well-kept beach of Laboe. A stroll along the beach promenade leads to the walk-in U-boat U995 and the 68 m high Naval Memorial, from which one has a splendid panoramic view over the fjord and the Probsteier landscape.

If that's not enough, you can enjoy the varied gastronomy and diverse shopping opportunities.

Tourist tax:

As a landlord, we are encouraged by the administration to collect a tax from our guests and pay them off to the community.
The spa tax is levied to cover part of the cost of producing, managing and maintaining the public facilities and events organized for spa and recreational purposes. It thus flows u. a. in the implementation of cultural programs, the cleaning of beaches, the provision, maintenance and care of public sanitary facilities and other tourist infrastructure. It also serves to eliminate flood and storm damage on the beaches and to ensure swimming safety.

For all persons from 18 years the city tax per day is:

01. 05. - 30. 09 .: 2,50 € per person
01. 10. - 31. 10 .: 1,50 € per person

The tourist tax is payable on the day of arrival at the tourist information or the landlord. In return, you will receive the "Ostseecard", with which you receive a variety of benefits cheaper, z. B. Entry reductions in amusement parks, fun pools and zoos or even small extras in some regional restaurants.
