nice holiday home in Fuente del Gallo, with sparkling private pool, near to the beach, sleeps 5, with wifi Casa Chari is a lovely holiday home in the popular Fuente del Gallo residential area, just 300 m from the beach. It is not new, but recently got a complete facelift including the installation of a great pool and the partial new planting of the beautiful garden.

Details of the house:
2 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with three single beds
Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, stove, large refrigerator, oven etc., small dining table for 4 persons.
Living room with fireplace, sofas, large dining table for 6 persons, flat screen TV with satellite connection (international channels)
Bathroom with bath and shower

In the garden there is on the patio terrace another dining area with a view of the garden and the pool.
There is a nice half-shaded terrace with chill-out furniture on one side, and on the other side the barbecue terrace with a built-in barbecue and another dining area - this is the perfect end to the beach day in the evening.
A large roll-up door leads to the private car park on the property.

Very good

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Chari. Great pool although had a slight issue with the water level dropping but this was sorted out. Great location and we liked what had been done to the villa since our last visit in 2019 which made it nice, light and airy. Would go back.

Chasa Chari liegt sehr ruhig gelegen in Fuente de Gallo, fußläufig nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Straße ist mit Palmen gesäumt und es beginden sich tolle Häuser in der Nachbarschaft. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurant runden das Angebot ab. Das Haus und die Außenanlagen bieten alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen Urlaub, ust zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub...

Fuimos la última semana de Agosto´23. La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotografías. Muy acogedora, todo relativamente nuevo y bien conservado. La única pega y que necesitaría una pequeña revisión, es el tema de las ventanas/persianas de los dormitorios, no cierran bien y dejan pasar demasiada luz. Sin duda, una alojamiento para repetir.

Entspricht nicht der Beschreibung

Die Terrassen Möbel waren bis auf einen kleinen rund Tisch und vier Stühlen alle kaputt oder sehr unansehnlich.Die Terrassen Platten sind teilweise abgebrochen und die Reste lagen in der Wiese.Bis auf die Haustür lies sich keine andere Tür verriegeln.Brotkrümel vom Vormieter lag noch in der Besteckschublade.Das Renovierte Badezimmer war allerdings der Gipfel aus einem zusammen geklebten BD, einer nicht befestigten Toilette einem Neuen Fußbodenbelag der in der Mitte mit Farbe ausgefüllt war. Die Krönung allerdings war, das es kein warmes Wasser im Bad gab ! Positiv zu erwähnen ist der Pool und das W-lan. Wer keine hohen Ansprüche hat, für den ist es Ok, das muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden Wir waren in der Nachsaison zu einem ziemlich günstigen Kurs da, deshalb war es für uns noch verschmerzlich.

Casa decepcionante

Deplorable. A partir del 2do día de nuestra estancia de 15 empezamos a tener problemas: Lavavajillas roto Microondas roto Cable de la ducha roto, no salía agua caliente. Persianas rotas Luces fundida La luz de la piscina hacia saltar la luz general. Las fotos que aparecen en la web no se corresponden con lo que encontramos, desgraciadamente la realidad es peor. Nos supuso 12 días de llamadas continuas a la propietaria y a la agencia para que arreglaran todos los desperfectos. La Casa Chari está muy descuidada en general incluida su parcela. Sin duda una de las peores casas de la Urbanización de La Fuente elGallo. Una vergüenza para el precio que pagamos.

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo siempre que no haga mucho frío. Por lo demás fenomenal. Estuvimos a principios de enero y por la noche hacía frío. Agente inmobiliario muy amable y todo lo demás correcto.

A big disappointment

The house was poorly maintained and dirty. Sloppy repairs, poor lighting, missing bulbs. Some of the bed sheets were very old and rough, the master bedroom sheets had stains. The garden was badly kept as well, grass not being cut and weeds everywhere!! The double bed was very small and the room faced a busy road, especially at 7 o'clock in the morning!!

Schönes für Familien geeignetes Feriendomizil

Gefiel uns gut. Passend für eine Familie mit 2 bis 3 Kindern. Alles ordentlich gepflegt und eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Strand war gut. Der Strand selbst ist großzügig und sauber. Die notwendigen Lebensmittel konnten in unmittelbarer Nähe besorgt werden. Die Nähe zum Flugplatz Jerez, zur schönen Stadt Cadiz und zu weiteren Ausflugsziele gefiel uns auch gut.

Großartige Lage

Gutes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht in einem gehobenen Viertel, in großartiger Lage, man kann zu Fuß an wunderschöne Strände und an der Steilküste entlang in die umgebende Natur. Trotzdem ist man noch so stadtnah, dass Einkaufen schnell gemacht ist und Restaurants sehr nah sind. Übergabe und Betreuung vor Ort völlig problemlos.

La casa es ideal para una familia de 5 miembros. La piscina se disfruta mucho. Se puede aparcar dentro pero fuera no hay mucho problema, a diario. El jardín estupendo, es una pena que haya muerto el pino. A la playa se puede ir andando, pero no es buena para niños de 6 a 9 años, demasiadas piedras. Otras playas mejores están cerca, pero en coche. Al pueblo hay que ir en coche, pero yendo prontito, cuando la gente se va de la playa, no hay problema en el la zona regulada del paseo marítimo, cuida no olvidar poner ticket de ORA. La estancia para repetir, el pueblo precioso y la casa ideal.

Perfect location, short walk to beach and small local shop. Conil and Mercadona supermarket 5 mins drive. Easy access to main road for day trips to Jerez,Vejer, Cadiz, Tarifa and more. Swimming pool a great advantage especially when sea is rough, although too deep for small children. Outdoors one can dine and avail of the sun or shade in the quiet, spacious garden . Good facilities in kitchen. Fluency in Spanish needed in this part of Spain! Car also required.

Schönes Haus mit gro...

Schönes Haus mit großzügiger Außenanlage. Einfache Ausstattung aber völlig ausreichend für einen Urlaub. Wir waren Ende Oktober bei deutlich zu kühlen Temperaturen dort, wenn man die Abende im Haus verbringen muss, dann kann es kühl sein. Vermieter sind super freundlich und haben auch während unseres Aufenthaltes nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Wer Spanisch kann ist klar im Vorteil. Wir kommen sicher wieder, aber dann eher im Sommer um Pool und Wiese nutzen zu können.

Wir hatten einen sch...

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Anfangs waren wir etwas irritiert, weil auf dem Foto ein Zimmer mit 3 Betten zu sehen war; da wir 4 Frauen waren und jeder ein Bett für sich wollte, mussten wir kurzfristig umdisponieren und eine von uns hat im Wohnzimmer auf dem Sofa geschlafen. War kein Problem; aber vielleicht könnten Sie die Bilder anpassen. Die Küche war sehr geräumig und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer fanden wir zu kalt und somit ungemütlich; abends war es noch nicht so warm, so dass wir drin sitzen mussten. Das WLAN war etwas zu langsam; war jetzt aber nicht so schlimm, wir wollten ja Ruhe haben :)) Der Garten mit dem Pool und ausreichend Liegen war das Highlight - wir konnten uns phasenweise gar nicht aufraffen, etwas zu unternehmen, weil es uns so gut ging. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir bitten um Entschuldigung - da die Vermieter davon ausgegangen waren, dass Sie eine Familie sind, haben sie das 5. Bett aus dem Zimmer genommen, damit Sie mehr Platz haben. Bei solchen Dingen wäre es gut, wenn Sie sich sofort melden würden - also bitte nicht ärgern, sondern anrufen! dafür sind wir da.
