Casa Magdalena is located on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore above Maccagno on a pleasant southern slope.
From Maccagno you drive directly to the house on a serpentine road. The house has two apartments, each with 3 rooms.
From the parking space directly at the house you can reach the separate entrance of the lower apartment via 12 steps.
The living room with seating and a dining area for 4 people has direct access to the terrace with a wonderful lake view.
Sun protection, garden furniture are available. A counter with granite top separates the living area from the kitchenette.
The double beds in the bedrooms have single mattresses of 90.0 cm x 200.0 cm.
There is a separate toilet and shower.
