Come be our guests!

Guest Suite sitting on 4 wooded acres in the Zionsville countryside! Enjoy waking up surrounded by nature, while only being a short drive to the Zionsville village, Westfield’s Grand Park, downtown Carmel, Whitestown, and Indianapolis.

This is a spacious 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment in our newly remodeled walkout basement. The apartment has its own separate entrance, small outdoor seating area, and kitchen. Two rooms are furnished with queen beds. The third room has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on bottom, twin size mattress on top; and a pullout trundle bed below. The kitchen is stocked with all your basic cooking essentials.

Although we live on the property, the guest suite is closed off to the rest of the house and has its own entrance with keyless entry.

We were having work done on our house with required us to vacate so this was a great place to stay while being close to our home so we could run back and forth.

We booked this wonderful spot for nationals and it didn’t disappoint. The place was perfect, close to the fields, clean, comfortable, and a home away from home for the week we were in Indy. Soccer tournament

We decided to try a stay at a Vrbo instead of staying in a hotel. The house was very clean and nice to have appliances while traveling for a teens soccer tournament. We will for sure be back next time we are in Indy.

A perfect spot for a large family!

We came in for a short stay to visit the Indianapolis area with our family of 7, two adults and 5 small children. It was so cozy and all of the kiddos felt right at home! Even had some children dishes, which we appreciate so much! Beds are comfy and LOTS AND LOTS of blankets!! We even purchased a membership to the local children’s museum and we plan to definitely make a trip back! Beautiful area as well. This property made our trip a hundred times easier. Thanks again!

Very comfy w/ Scandinavian feel

My family and did came to the northern part of Indianapolis for a family reunion. The property was beautiful and the neighborhood was good for walking the dog. Beds and couch were comfortable, and the linens all around where nice and soft. Responsiveness of the owner was great. Great value for the property. Would book again but would bring some bug spray if wanting to spend a lot of time outside in summer.

Perfect Alternative To Hotels!

Our family was in town for a weekend tournament at Grand Park, and this was the perfect alternative to staying in a hotel. The space is cozy, comfortable, impeccably clean, and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy family time and get adequate rest. The towels and linens are fresh, soft, clean; the beds are all comfortable! The property managers are very responsive and kind. The pictures can be trusted - it is as spacious, clean, and relaxing as it seems! We hope it’ll be available again next time we are in town for a tournament! 😊

Great host and stay

What a tremendous host family and place to stay. A little unorthodox for part of a team of youth soccer players and a coach to stay in a property set up more for a cozy get-away but it really worked out well. Very responsive, tremendous property, great communication, and the setting was actually really cool. Can't tell you how much our club and team appreciated the help on a crazy busy weekend right before the eclipse. Thank you again and blessings.
