This guesthouse is separate and private from the victorian duplex on the front of the property and your access can be from Chipeta street or from the back, (closer) with 2 private parking spaces. Security codes for gates front and rear. A well appointed 1 bedroom King bed with additional murphy bed in livingroom, central air, private patio/BBQ

This is a wonderful 1 bedroom guest house. The layout makes great use of the space. Furniture is comfy. The owner's attention to detail and thoughtful touches really set the tone for our stay. We will definitely book this place again!

This place is a very nice place to stay in Grand Junction. Very clean and well taken care of. Looks like a new construction, Very well decorated and the owner has thought of everything you will need for a great stay. I have rented from this owner before and both properties have been clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The location is perfect for any activity in the city. BLUF 10/10 would do it again. Loved the apartment - It was easy to find, walking distance to Main Street with wonderful bars and restaurants, clean, well equipped and really pleasant, comfortable space. Many small touches (like locally made toffees and bottled water) added to the joy of staying in this super well equipped space. We were only there for two nights so didn’t actually cook but could easily have done so with the full kitchen, cabinet of spices and outdoor barbecue grill. I hope something brings us back to Grand Junction for a longer stay, I would definitely rent this unit again. Only downside, which I think a lot of folks will see as an upside, is no pets, so our dog had to stay at home for this visit.

This place is absolutely PERFECT! It’s a great location that is a short walk to Main Street and a quick drive to all the beauty of the area. The patio is wonderful and it has a shade if you need it. They provide everything you could possibly need and much more. Kitchen is well taken care of and there is laundry and bike storage if you need it. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed on Vrbo.

This was one of the best places we have stayed with vrbo. The extra amenities were great. We appreciated the snacks, coffee, water and muffins.We loved being able to walk to downtown restaurants. We would highly recommend this location.
