Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you liked the inside of the cabin and appreciate your comments on the exterior. The grass had not been mowed prior to your arrival because each time our lawn care provider attempted to do so, it rained heavily—which unfortunately delayed maintenance.
Regarding the TV, our listing does not mention satellite or cable, only that there is a TV with a DVD player available. We’ll take a look at the water pressure and porch area to see if any improvements are needed. Thanks again for your input.
House was perfect. Clean and cozy. Outside of house different story. Lots of weeds and not country setting like described. Take the 130 I paid for the night and invest in a weed eater and the place would be perfect. As always we made the best of it and had a blast at the Bigfoot festival

The location was very sketchy. There was an old RV parked next door and there was junk all over the place. There was no TV service, not even an aerial. While we weren’t there to necessarily watch TV, it would have been nice to have to wind down after a day of hiking. We had the AC and the ceiling fan on high and the cabin never cooled down. We ended up leaving after an hour and checked into a hotel.

It was fine for what it was. The only surprise is that there wasn't a sink in the bathroom, so I brushed my teeth at the kitchen sink.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The size was fine for one person. However, the futon as extremely difficult to pull out or back up. I had to pull the entire unit away from the wall and get behind it to lift it back up which strained my back. If any one had a back issue they would not be able to do it. The futon cover, when pulled off, left a lot of dirt on top of the mattress and had to be cleaned off before sheets could go on. There was no internet the entire stay and I think that should have been disclosed before I booked it.
