Very nice home in a good location. Unfortunately, the living room seating didn't work well for 6 adults but what was provided was nice. The bedrooms and laundry were good and there were portable air conditioning units in 3 of the bedrooms.

Excellent Stay!

Very clean and comfortable place to stay in Fairbanks. Great location. All the amenities you need plus coffee, snacks and with the washer and dryer the owner even provided laundry soap and fabric conditioner. Would highly recommend this great condo.

We enjoyed this VRBO very much. Great home, clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Close to downtown Fairbanks which was helpful for us. Communication was easy with the host.

Great location and lots of room!

This is a great place for a larger party or family to stay. The provided hot drinks and snacks were a plus. Having a heated garage to park in for our winter stay was very convenient. The spacious kitchen was great for making meals with everything we needed.

Great Location

The rental was great, clean and plenty of space. Hots were wonderful, and accommodating. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLAVE.
