The fully applianced chef's kitchen has everything you would need to prepare your own gourmet meals for dining in and the king's table in the dining room easily seats 10 with an additional breakfast nook located off the kitchen. Lochloosa offers a Maximum of 12 parking spaces for guest use. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
