It's within walking distance to Old Brockway Golf Course and King's Beach is only a 15 min walk or 2 min drive with community parking available.

Great Location

The house was in a great location. It is on a quiet street, and within walking distance to the beach and grocery store. It is close to restaurants as well. The interior of the house is quite dated, but adequate. The kitchen could use some updated appliances such as a better coffee maker. A lot of the dishes were dirty, so we had to wash them. Bakeware and pans were greasy, so those also needed washing. It would be a nice touch to have basic seasonings and cooking spray. Rooms were a good size, but we would have loved it if there were at least a couple fans to circulate the air since it was warm while we were there and the house does not have air conditioning. The master bedroom gets light at 5:00-ish in the morning, so I would definitely recommend curtains to help keep the room dark. A binder with house rules/requirements as well as recommended activities and restaurants is always something we appreciate at other vacation rentals. I know this is a newer listing, so maybe these are all things the owners plan on doing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to see this listing improve in these areas for future stays!
