Villa Superior - great view with heated pool and spa, tiki hut & billard

Let yourself be enchanted by this villa and the excellent location. For boaters, this villa is a MUST. In a few minutes you get to the river - no bridges or locks to overcome.

The very large property offers a great water view of the 3 channels. Enjoy the sun all day and the great sunsets in the evening. The long dock including Tiki Hut invites you to rest and watch the animals. Many dolphins and manatees swim by here.

The living area is more than generously equipped. Here you will find a nice dining area, the fully equipped kitchen even with Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules) and the living room, which also has a pool table, is thanks to the many windows and doors to the outside area more than light flooded. All areas are equipped with TV and wifi. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The villa offers 5 bedrooms with 4 king size and a queen bed and 4 bathrooms, so there is enough space for 2 or more families. Exceptional and indescribable here is that 4 bedrooms provide large sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool area. Luxury for the whole family!

The heated salt water pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. It's a fresh water pool without chlorine.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We would be grateful if you could put the used towels in the washing machine and start it before you leave. Thank you! Please put the garage door opener in the kitchen.
Check-out is possible until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Please arrange a personal appointment with the property manager. Please clean the BBQ grill thoroughly if you have used it.
If the BBQ grill is not clean upon check-out, we will take care of it for a cleaning fee of $50. If the propane runs out, please purchase a replacement bottle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
An electricity flat rate is included in the price for bookings made after the date of March 27, 2024.
We have a base price for 2 guests a night. Each additional guest has an extra surcharge per night.
Guests should please clean the BBQ grill after using it. If it is not cleaned upon check out, a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.

Fantastic Stay

Our family had a fantastic week at Villa Superior. The home was described very accurately and was very spacious for our family. The location on the water was perfect for daily boat/fishing trips. The pool and dock area were great for enjoying the Florida sun! We were very happy with this property and all expressed that this was the best home we had stayed at over many years of going to Cape Coral.

Fantastic Winter Get-Away

Had a wonderful month in Cape Coral staying at Villa Superior, it was great fun watching the boat traffic every day. Many occasions dolphins went by which was exciting. It is convenient to all of the things we typically do in Cape Coral. Sunset on the Lanai was amazing every evening. I highly recommend the Villa Superior

This is one of the nicest rentals we have done. Location was beautiful. Caught fish right off the dock. The lanai was awesome. We stayed outside from morning to night. Rarely used the living room. Really enjoyed the Cape Coral area. We will be renting again.

"Girl's Trip"

We (4 of us) have been planning this trip for 8 years and the house was perfect for it. We lived in and by the pool. Other than losing a full day at the pool, due to construction and debris in the pool, we have no other complaints.

We had a wonderful vacation at this home in Cape Coral. The home was perfect and spacious for our party of 8 with two families. Everyone loved the doors that opened to the lanai. The view from the lanai was just gorgeous. We rented a boat for the week, and the instruction was wonderful. We were lucky to see dolphins on a couple of our days on the boat, which was one of the highlights of the trip! Sanibel Island was a short drive or boat ride, and we collected so many beautiful seashells. We will definitely be back as we all fell in love with the area and the location of this home!

Great location. House is very spacious and is very comfortable for large groups. Highly recommend renting a boat from CoralVilla when booking the house. We rented a boat and it was very enjoyable. Had one issue and the captain responded in less than 15 minutes and replaced a part quickly and we were on our way. Neighborhood is very quiet. Pool is very large and plenty of pool toys provided. Very clean home. Lots of beach equipment in garage. Check in was very easy and Anja was wonderful for check in and check out and showed us how to work everything in the home. Property manager Monja was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent again or another home from Coral Villa.

Absolutely perfect

The house was perfect. The pictures are great but in real life it exceeded all expectations. Clean, light, modern. We had 3 adults and 5 children and it was very spacious, never crowded. The pool, lanai and view are amazing. The pool is deep, the lanai is shaded and comfortable and we loved sitting out to watch the kids fish and the boats go by. Highly recommend you rent a boat. It’s a 20 minute boat ride to Sanibel Island and just a bit more to Fort Myers. The high point of a great trip, and Cape Coral is definitely a boating town! We couldn’t have been happier, and would love to go back!

Make sure you read the entire “House Rules”

We rented this for my husband and his twin brothers 60th Birthday get away and our 10th wedding anniversary. I have been fighting Cancer for 2 years and this was our first trip since my radical surgery in October. The house was awesome and was a perfect location however, we were charged an extra $520 due to them saying we only booked it for 2 people instead of 4. Maybe a miscommunication because I know I booked it for 4 but the reservation states 2 people. Just make sure before booking you account for everyone or get charged an astronomical amount afterwards.

Villa Superior is superior.

We could not have had a better vacation. The house provided more than we expected. The pool and the waterfront only enhanced our experience. The rooms were separated enough to give us ample privacy while having individual access to the lanai and the pool. We spent most of our time on the lanai enjoying the views and the pool. We experienced the fine restaurants and the beech activities but the villa was the center point of our vacation. We are looking forward to returning and highly recommend this as the perfect place to get away and relax.

The house was just like the photos. The house was clean, pool/spa worked, and the view was awesome. The management team was great too. They immediately responded to our questions and was available if we had any issues. The house is in a great location and from there you can go to beaches, Sanibel Island, Cape Coral restaurants or many different golf courses. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone with a large group or family.

Home was beautiful and had everything you need for a great vacation. Property manager was friendly and was easy to get a hold of. Only issue we had was there was no disclosure when we booked our stay that the electric was a separate cost. Other than that our stay and the property was amazing.
