The detached Villa Carola is located on the edge of the small residential area Eden Rock, nestled in Mediterranean scrub with beautiful views of the countryside and the sea, a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Chia and a few meters away from the long sandy beach of Santa Margherita di Pula. The house is divided into three double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), a total of three bathrooms and a single room with extra bed, 8 beds in total and is part of three houses sharing a pool (8 x 4 m). There is air conditioning throughout the house, there is a washing machine and dishwasher, WiFi is available and there are several parking spaces, a barbecue and patio furniture. The covered terrace with open sea views is part of the cozy living room (satellite TV), which merges into the dining kitchen. Separated by a corridor is also a double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom on the ground floor available. In the basement are two more double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), another bathroom and a single room, which can also be used as a double room.
