Such a nice house! We come to Lake George every year and this house was great! Beautiful inside and had everything we needed! So close to Hague and Ticonderoga and about 25/30 minutes from Bolton Landing. It’s so quiet and peaceful, the views from the deck and living room were wonderful too!

We are glad you enjoyed our house and hope to host you again!
We greatly enjoyed our time staying in Hague. The house and property were lovely and a good place to enjoy a long weekend. An issue of concern for all 4 of us was the lack of water pressure and hot water in both showers; on the first and third floor.

Hi Paula, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and sorry to hear about the issues with the showers. Our property runs on well water, the mineral deposits could cause issues with the water pressure over time. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will have it serviced.
Such an adorable house that feels like a cozy cabin. Beautiful, clean and loved the sustainability aspects. Notes said water pressure was an issue upstairs but it really wasn’t if you use the handheld. Beautiful views and great sun deck. Would absolutely stay here again.

Thank you for staying with us and we are glad you enjoyed the house as much as we do. We hope to host you in the future.
We were up for the weekend to attend a family wedding. This property far exceeded the quality of the hotel options we were given in the area. the property is very well appointed and the amenities available were more than sufficient. Everything went smoothly! Thank you.

Hi Mohammed, thanks for your feedback. Regarding the hot water on the top floor, as mentioned in our house manual, there is a bit of delay for the water to warm up due to the water pressure. However, there should be no issue in getting hot water aside from the delay.
This is a beautiful home tucked away in the hills above Lake George. We enjoyed using it as a home base for our first trip to Lake George. We loved the thoughtful amenities like the deep tub, awning on the deck and the record player. We would definitely return to this home. We took advantage of the discount at the boat rental place and had a fun day out on the Lake. Our only suggestion would be a big comfy couch in the living room. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Thank you and we hope to host you again in the future!
I arrived with my family to check in at around 830pm. The house had no lights on and the property was pitch black and unwelcoming. I entered the house to find two large bags immediately inside the door, I assumed to be linens left by previous guests, and the temperature inside was as cold as it was outside, in the 50s. None of the heaters were on, the fireplace didn’t work and there were poor instructions on how to work the heaters. I finally emailed the host and waited nearly an hour for a response. The host called me to describe which thermostats worked which heaters. It was very confusing, there were several baseboard heaters with several separate thermostats around the house, most of which did not work. There were two wall mounted space heaters that did work that I was finally able to turn on. The fireplace pilot light was out so it couldn't be lit. Fortunately, I have a gas fireplace and am familiar with the pilot and lighting process, otherwise there is no way it could have been done, as the host could not reasonably describe over the phone how to light it. He told me that noone had been on the premises in at least a week and it was obvious that the cleaning crew had not been either. The floors were dirty with shoe debris tracked around, dog hair throughout the house, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, laundry bags in the foyer as mentioned earlier, no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and only a partial roll in the other, AND the coffee filter was full of moldy cof
We had an amazing time in this cozy knotty pine home nestled in the woods. We went in the beginning of October and the fall foliage was a sight to see from the outside deck. The weather was exceptionally warm so we had some insects that made their way inside. We also had some mechanical issues with the home but the owner was expedient with his response in taking care of everything. We would definitely recommend this home and look forward to going back.
