My husband and I grew up in the area and spent a lot of time on this lake. We love the area!

Why they chose this property

We purchased the home because it is next door my family’s property. We spent a winter Renovating and updating everything!

What makes this property unique

The house is situated on a large private lot on Grand Lake There is plenty of room for family to gather & enjoy time together. It is within a 10” drive to a beach and boat harbor on Lake Huron, lighthouses hiking and nature trails . There is also charter fishing available out of Presque Isle Harbor
It is 1 hour 15” drive to Mackinaw city. Many people stay and do a day trip to the island
There is pontoon rental available a few practically next door
There is a Dollar General one mile away for supplies.
Rogers City is a 15 minute drive and offers many specialty shops for items such as smoked meats(Rygwelakis/Plaths/Nowickis), arts&crafts and specialty desserts (Tradewinds Bakery/Woodland Confectionary).
Arzos Amusement park is 15 minutes south and has go carts/rock climbing/batting cages, etc
Restaurants in the area include:Woodys, Parker House, Hideaway, Fireside Inn, Ida Mae’s Portage Deli, Up North23 (and many more in Rogers City)
Alpena has two museums: Jesse Besser Museum(a fee) and Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary(free) - great for a rainy day! There is also a glass bottom boat which explores shipwrecks on Lake Huron
