Large eat in kitchen with table and two benches that seats up to 6. Nearby is a long dining table that seats up to 10. Both can be combined to accommodate large parties.

2 large sofas that can accommodate several people, of which 4 are reclining seats. Additional seating available with nearby dining table and chairs.

Pastural and tree views from all rooms. French doors lead to a front tree-surrounding yard.

Smart TV has YoutubeTV for local channels.

Ground floor bedroom has a double bed.

Bathroom #1:
Has a full bathtub with linen closet with extra towels

Located in a large hallway closet.
