About this property

This charming blue cabin is nestled amongst the trees; enjoy panoramic views from multiple decks and an outdoor hot tub. Updated kitchen appliances, foosball, gas fireplace, BBQ.

Plenty of privacy; the cabin is backed to an acre of land. Suited for a group getaway or family vacation. Parking for 3 vehicles. Located in the Moonridge area, 2min drive to Bear Mountain, 10mins to Snow Summit and The Village.

Blue Ridge Cabin features real wood ceilings, stone fireplace and rustic accents for a true mountain feel.

- Living Space: Leather sofas, gas log fireplace, flat screen TV with Netflix, YouTube TV and DVD player
- Upstairs common area: Comfy full size futon, foosball table, private deck
- Master bedroom: King bed, flat screen TV, private deck
- Upstairs bedroom: Bunk beds
- Downstairs bedroom: Queen bed, DVDs stocked in closet
- Note we do not have air conditioning, but do provide fans

The HOT TUB is on a secluded deck with hanging lights for the perfect ambiance!

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire house, hot tub and fenced in yard.
Other things to note
Our rental agreement and rules include the following:
1. Cleaning fee to cover laundry and deep clean.
2. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests (excluding infants). Occupancy limits are in accordance with the laws of Big Bear City.
3. Our driveway fits 3 mid-sized cars or 2 large trucks. We have 1 parking spot on the street.
4. No smoking or vaping inside.
5. Our hot tub company will ensure the spa is up to standards before you check in. Damage due to recklessness will be charged.
