At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Additional bed linen (10 € / person) and / or towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after the booking, so that we can then recalculate and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Unsauber und lieblos

Wir sind spontan als junge Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern angereist. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war gut. Die zusätzlichen Kosten für Endreinigung für einen Samstag mit 49€ waren unverschämt, ebenso wurden für Bettwäsche und Handtücher zusätzlich nochmal 20€ pro Person ( auch Kleinkinder) berechnet. Diese Kosten konnten dem Exposé nicht entnommen werden. Das Reihenhaus war lieblos eingerichtet und ist renovierungsbedürftig - ein frischer Anstrich und ein neuer Boden vor allem im Bad wäre sinnvoll. Zudem ist es unsauber. Ein Staubsauger ist nur für alle 8 Parteien vorhanden, dieser war während unseres Aufenthalts auch noch defekt. Somit war ein Reinigen während des Urlaubs mit Hund nicht möglich. Wir hatten uns mehr versprochen. Preis-Leistung passt leider gar nicht.

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Wir waren auf Grund der Nebensaison alleine in der Anlage. Dafür haben wir alle angebotenen Annehmlichkeiten genutzt, egal ob schönes Kaminfeuer oder einen Abstecher in die Sauna. Die Anlage und die Agentur ist zu empfehlen.

Perfekt

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit Kamin (Haus Nr. 1). Es war alles vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Die Matratzen sorgten für guten Schlaf und die direkt neben der Wohnung liegende Sauna sorgte für gute Entspannung. Alleine die Sauberkeit der Sauna hätte ein wenig besser sein können (Spinnweben, Staub). Aber das ist Jammern auf höchstem Niveau. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Henning war perfekt und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Toller Urlaub - tolles Quartier

Es hat alles gepasst. Achtung für die Sauna sollte man einige 1Euro Stücke im Gepäck haben. Dies steht leider nicht in der Objektbeschreibung!
