Thankful to our host for the warm welcome and making sure everything was available and comfortable for our stay. We will definitely consider staying again in future ski seasons.
This is a smaller sized property, but for a smaller sized family it’s perfect. It’s very close to both Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands, and it makes coming back to relax for a little while in the middle of a ski day very easy. The amenities provided were the best we’ve seen.
We enjoyed are weekend. The unit was a good fit for our needs. The location to the ski hills and to shopping downtown was very convenient. Our hosts are personable and very accommodating.
Great location, had everything you need for a quick ski get away. Owner was easily accessible and left everything one would need for an enjoyable ski getaway.
Thanks John and Dianna

The location of the property was ideal for what we needed. The amenities and supplies were excellent. The refrigerator was stocked with water and soda, and snacks which was a nice addition.
A great place to stay for a 4th of July visit! Air conditioning, comfy beds and couch! You can tell that the hosts really care about making your stay great, loved that the fridge was stocked!
The only thing was there is no table to eat at. It made things a little tough with the toddler, but we made it work! Would stay again!!
I thought the rooming was a little larger based off the pictures, but I have no real complaints. Nice hosts, easy access to wherever you need to go. Just a comfortable place. Would book again if I was up in Harbor springs.
The townhouse met our needs and was in a perfect location for us. John was so easy to communicate with and stocked the property with snacks, beverages and toiletries. Great host!
My family and I stayed at this property because of its closeness to the Highlands and the price could not be beat!! Very welcoming owners who were so gracious and easy to communicate with. The space was perfect for our little family and it made the weekend that much better! A+!!
Just the right size for the 4 of us. Clean, close to all we wanted to do but remote enough to be away from the crowds. Will do again if the need arises.

What a great place to stay! The hosts stocked snacks, drinking water, coffee, plenty of hygiene supplies, bath towels and washcloths. Charmin TP was an added bonus.
The notes waiting for us with chocolates at check-in were clear and welcoming. The place smelled great and the beds were VERY comfortable.
All of this for a fantastic nightly rate. We will definitely come back as long as it's not booked solid!
John is so easy to work with and always available for questions. The property is so conveniently located to Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands! Super well stocked with coffee, popcorn, drinks and snacks. They even stock toiletries if you forget something! Very comfy mattresses in the two upstairs bedrooms. This property was perfect for our family’s ski trip and priced very well for the location/convenience offered.
We needed two comfy beds, so we could sleep well. We spent most of the time with my family at my sister’s house. The condo is very old and shows the wear of its age. I was surprised at the minimal tableware in the kitchen. The bathroom was very well equipped with lotion and a choice of soap. The towels were soft and fluffy. It was fairly priced for the area and the holiday time frame.
Love the location for getting outside to ski and hike. They have a great kitchen setup for a traveler to cook healthy meals at home after a long day playing. Remember to bring a folding camp table. As there is none for dining. It’s a quiet place and cozy in size. We feel at home. Thank you to the owners for taking care to provide a few things one might have forgot and snacks&beverages.

We had a great visit to Emmett County but the location lacked something to be desired. John was extremely kind and helpful but the apartment lacked a lot to be desired. The kitchen was not stocked well with dishes, only 3 plates and 3 forks plus some cooking ingredients, We had no idea we were going to be so close to a highway and with two dogs that was a problem, We had to walk away from the dwelling in the dark to take them out, A little scary for two women alone, I had dead bugs on my carpet in the bedroom and dog hair on my blanket from a previous visitor. Unfortunately, we felt the bathroom was dirty , but being an older dwelling I'm sure that didn't help, John and Diane seemed to be very kind and helpful but had we known more we would not have stayed there.
My friend and I had a fun girl's weekend in Harbor Springs and enjoyed the tunnel of trees and the surrounding area. This place was a perfect stay for the two of us, with our dogs. The hosts left treats and beverages for us, that we enjoyed. There were plenty of towels and toiletries, if we had forgotten anything, it was here. There is a full kitchen, with all you need to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable, as well as the living area. It is located in a nice quiet area, but close enough to town. John was kind to answer any questions that we had. We hope to come back again someday. There wasn't enough time in three days to explore the area. There are so many interesting things to do here.
Loved the area! It was perfect for my husband and I . Cozy living room for the evening to relax and watch a good movie. Enjoyed our stay and a very quiet spot.
