This 2 Bedroom/1.5 bath is beachfront with a private beach entrance. When you exit the stairwell you’ll face a choice. Go right and you’re a 3 minute walk to Dewey Beer Company or a 4 minute walk to the Starboard. Make a left and you’re a 30 second walk to the beach.

Private deck with no next door neighbors is the best place to enjoy some quiet time with a delicious ocean view. Coffee in the morning and adult beverages at sunset, the deck never disappoints.

Details: Newly renovated, 2nd floor walkup, with new everything. Freshly refinished hardwood floors. Master has a king bed and half bath. 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed and a twin trundle bed. Condo sleeps 6. Kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven and full-sized refrigerator.

Common areas include an indoor rinse/shower, coin laundry, as well as a ground floor area for grilling or just chilling. 1 guaranteed parking spot comes with the rental as well as 4 chairs, an umbrella and 2 boogie boards.

Numero Ocho is one of the few places in Dewey where you can park your car and never get in it again. Take the Jolly Trolley or a 6-minute Uber to Rehoboth or walk into Dewey in seconds. Whatever you decide, you’ll have made a good choice.

Great location, enough space for my family of five to stay comfortably for a week. Cleaners could do a more thorough job, counters and bathroom needed to be cleaned when we got there. Property itself was well maintained.

Great beach condo!

Really cute and clean condo. Very comfortable for our family of 4 for a quick weekend at the beach. The location and balcony view is wonderful. We had a snafu with the check in (property management issue) but it was resolved and we would certainly return to this rental in the future.

Property is in a great location and has been nicely redone inside.Side porch beach view is great.Check in process involves picking up/returning key to realtor office located several miles away. Everything in Dewey is easy walking distance from condo.We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was cute. Very good location. Unfortunately, it’s not mentioned in the listing- the check in and checkout procedure is located 20 minutes from the condo in Rehoboth. This caused disruption to our first and last days on the beach. We communicated this to the realtor and host.It was also not mentioned in the listing that we needed to bring linens and paper products until a couple days prior when we got check in instructions.I realize it’s a beach condo, but we would have expected it to be less sandy when we arrived to the condo for our vacation.Overall, cute place but we would have chosen somewhere else if we had been better informed in the listing of the check in/out process and linens.

We didn’t realize the unit was on the 3rd floor. We are in our 70s so it was tough carrying everything up. My fault for not checking. The kitchen was difficult to cook in, very little counter space, no cabinet to store groceries, smoke alarm went off every time I cooked, and the placement of the refrigerator was not good . Upon opening the door the handle and wall smashed your fingers.

So perfect!

Such a cute place, very nicely renovated. Perfect location, right on the beach! No noise from the streets, could catch the first rays of the sunrise from the balcony! Would totally rent again! (And we loved the kitchen trash can so much that we bought one for our home). The only thing was there was definitely a pet in there before us, as there was still a lot of hair under the table, and in the rugs. Not an issue for us, we dont have allergies, but it could be for some. Thank you again for letting us share your wonderful home!
