Why they chose this property

The west side avenues encompass the best of Durango's simple lifestyle. This charmed neighborhood is filled with bicycles, pedestrians and deer grazing along the streets where neighbors come together and children play. Junction creek makes it's way through West 2nd avenue right at the junction of some of Durango's most beautiful historical homes. It is fun to walk down the lazy tree lined street and cross the bridge at 9th street into downtown Durango.

What makes this property unique

Park your car in the garage and experience Durango by foot or bicycle. Walk to the corner and hop on the local trolley to head into downtown. You will be staying in the heart of town so experience Durango while getting fresh mountain air and plenty of exercise.
