Best ocean view! Short walk down the stairs to private beach. The public access is next door. Easy to rent chairs and umbrella. This place was wonderfully updated and very clean, had everything you need in the kitchen. Host was super nice and easily accessible. We would come back here, enjoyed the beautiful water, restaurants and shopping every day.

End unit with beautiful views! Beach was not crowded at all! Nicely equipped kitchen with everything we needed! Lots of linens! Very clean! Owner was very responsive to us! ANote that chairs or umbrellas are not included - with fees etc this cost about 280 for the week. There is a public beach with a walkway right beside this unit - noise was minimal but when sitting on balcony it is noticeable for sure. Nice for some though as tents/canopies are not allowed in front of unit but are allowed on the public beach.

Would definitely recommend this place. It was perfect for us. private beach access on the beach it wasn’t overcrowded at all we paid for chairs and an umbrella so we didn’t have to worry about setting up. We could have rode bike or a golf cart to eat but chose to just drive and park at different areas were we got to walk around and explore. Everything was less than 10min away. Mrs Diana was great to communicate with. She kept us informed prior to our trip

Beautiful view, comfy and relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful time at Diana's place. Beautiful views from the balcony, super convenient beach access, comfortable and clean accommodations. Location is great - close to Rosemary Beach as well as plenty of other restaurants and shops nearby. Grocery store is a short drive away. We loved our stay!

Great beach view and easy access! Appreciated the ease of umbrella rentals and great property communication. A bit of a trek to most restaurants but overall a great place to stay!

Excellent view and location!

The view was exactly what we needed during our spring break! A couple days were too windy for the beach so relaxing on the deck was the perfect option with the ocean views. The location was great and the venue was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Definitely would recommend and will be back.

Charming Condo on the beach

The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we could want. The gulf front view is beautiful since the unit is on the west end of the complex. Would love to stay here again!

Stay at Sandy Bottom

Our check-in was seamless, the unit was clean and well prepared. The view of the ocean and beach was perfect as well as the direct access and as short walk. Seacrest is perfectly nestled between the busier and crowded neighborhood beaches.

Good location and condo met our expectations but the amount of stairs were a little overwhelming for a couple in there early 70’s

I am glad the condo met all your expectations! As for the amount of steps to the beach 30A is the highest point along the gulf coast and the stairs are the trade off for the spectacular gulf front views. The Mistral Complex is located on a high bluff (as is the entire area) and as such is clearly shown in my photos for that reason.

Would stay there again!!!

Everything was just great. We stayed just a long weekend. Condo had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was also perfect! Watched dolphins swim by each morning while drinking coffee on the deck. Private beach was great. No overcrowding at all!

Perfect stay

I am very happy with my stay on this condo. The balcony view is espectacular, total view of the beach. All you need in the condo, very clean and confortable. The communication with the owner was fast and effective and very friendly. It will be my favorite place on Seacreast beach from now.
