Casa Zoe captivates with breathtaking panoramic views across the valley – from the surrounding mountains all the way to the shimmering Mediterranean Sea. Ideally located, the villa is just a short drive from Denia, the beach, and various shopping opportunities. Despite its central location, the house is peaceful and secluded – perfect for relaxation and unwinding.

With approx. 200 m² of living space, the villa offers generous accommodation for up to 8 guests. The fully fenced private plot of approx. 900 m² features a beautifully maintained garden, a private pool (approx. 4 × 8 m), and several sunny terraces.

Completed in June 2019, the house was built to a high standard and is stylishly furnished with new, high-quality furniture and lovingly selected decorative elements.

Upper Floor – Living with a View

The bright and spacious living room on the upper floor impresses with large panoramic windows that showcase the stunning scenery and sea views. The adjoining dining area opens onto a 25 m² terrace with a cozy lounge corner (sofa & small table) – ideal for relaxing evenings.

A comfortable TV area with Smart TV and satellite reception offers additional space to unwind.

The villa is exceptionally well insulated, with double-glazed windows and well-sealed floors. Mosquito screens on the windows ensure peaceful nights.
