Welcome to your private Santa Barbara getaway! This brand new, light-filled, and thoughtfully designed Casita is clean and very private. You'll love being 5 minutes from the beach, 7 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara and only 15 minutes from the Santa Barbara airport. Explore Santa Barbara or relax on your private patio with your morning coffee. Either way, this casita is the ultimate location for a coastal getaway or for your remote work needs.

This brand new Casita offers all the amenities of a full-size house including onsite laundry, a full kitchen, modern bathroom, wired & wireless internet, Elfa closet system, and a comfortable living room with 43" smart TV with streaming capabilities. Rest on a very comfortable new queen-size bed that folds into the wall for a dedicated workspace or more living space when not in use. Your private outdoor patio offers a small yard, garden, and a four-person dining table with shade.

You'll access the Casita through your personal entrance and private gate.

Location is everything, and Hidden Valley is a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, shops, and the beach.

Enjoy the newly completed Los Positas bike path on the provided 7 speed beach cruisers (stored in the shed). Follow this path directly to Hendry's Beach where you can enjoy brunch with panoramic ocean views at upscale Boathouse Restaurant. In the opposite direction, a 7 minute drive, is downtown Santa Barbara with fine dining, boutiques, wine tasting, Stearns Wharf, Santa Barbara Bowl, theaters, art studios, and much more.

We built the guest house to host as a rental. It is a fully permitted, legal separate unit.

Loved this little casita. Perfect for our stay in SB. Centrally located, ez to get on highway. Bikes were a bonus. Bed is comfortable. Highly recommended for a couple.

Hidden Valley Casita

Great little property, exactly as pictured with stocked kitchen for prepping and cooking, comfortable bed, plenty of towels and linens and fabulous cruiser bikes to ride to the beach! The hosts also allowed parking in a private driveway, and the little unit was tucked away behind the main house with a private little patio. Great location with easy access to food, shops and the beach!

Beautiful place, spotlessly clean, very private

The pictures absolutely do not do this studio justice. The unit is brand new. It has new appliances, including a washer and dryer. There is a complementary Netflix account specifically for the studio. There is a very private outdoor patio with comfortable table and chairs. Everything has been provided down to the very last detail. Communication with the hosts was flawless and they were always very responsive. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy and well explained prior to our arrival. This studio is absolutely spotless and very well maintained. The bed is so comfortable, and the unit is very quiet. I definitely hope to stay here again.
