Gorgeous country home! Highly recommend staying in the DeVita House. Beautiful country setting. You can get lost just watching the pond activity. The area is full of activities and local farms.
We spent a week with our young daughter, and we made the best choice to stay here. The house has plenty of space--a huge kitchen--and is very clean (there are also cleaning supplies provided--especially important if you have a crumb-dropping kid--as well as many other supplies. ). We really miss sitting on the porch watching the horses across the road.
We loved our stay at this rental. The house was cozy and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and had amazing scenery. We will definitely book this house again in the future!
This was the perfect spot when visiting the 3 different Watchtower locations. The house very clean and larger than I expected. Love the farm house feel with the updated interior. I loved all the little amenities that she provided, we didn’t use any but was very thoughtful of her guests. This place was definitely a 10!!! Thank you for hosting us!
My family of five adults needed accommodations for my daughter’s college graduation. Not only was the house stocked, it was spotless and had a pond with fish! We had a great time and big thank you to our host! If you need a place to stay close to new paltz look no further
My friends and I had a great weekend at this property. The house and property were wonderful, nearby towns were great, and area hiking was easily accessible.
The house was perfect for our stay, and we appreciated the homey touches. Seeing the skydivers and parachuters in the evening off the back deck was a bonus. We enjoyed our vacation and the house was close to climbing, hiking, and town but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing in the evenings.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The host went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed even tho we were a lil early for check in. Thanks for everything can’t wait to be back!
The house is spacious, clean and full of character. We loved all the space especially the big kitchen. Two bathrooms was a plus. Karin was always very quick to respond to any questions. She also covers any needs from lots of paper products, toiletries you might have forgotten to bring and plenty of blankets and towels. We didn’t have any issues…plumbing and air conditioning (4 units…two upstairs and two downstairs) all worked great! The king bed in the master was comfy. Do be aware that the house is about ten feet from the road so you do hear cars going by. You can also see, hear and occasionally smell the horses across the street. Neither of these things bothered us. We were all over the Hudson Valley so the location was good. The house is about five minutes from Hannaford grocery and gas stations are close by. If you get a chance, drive through downtown Gardiner…very cute town.
My husband, our daughter and I stayed here last week and we could not have been happier. The property is well maintained, clean and had a lot of nice extras like razors, toothpaste and brushes etc in case you forgot yours! I liked the option to do a load of laundry. The location was great ! Close to gardiner and New Paltz. Hosts were responsive to a few questions we had and were super friendly. Highly recommend if you are in the area!
We visited Gardiner for a wedding. The house was conveniently located near the wedding events and near New Palz as well. . Our host was so kind answering questions before and during our stay. The house was clean and setting beautiful!
Quaint Farm House. Clean with spacious living room and large kitchen. Big back yard. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the horses at the farm across the street. Close to hiking and New Paltz.
This property was one of the best we have stayed in. It was updated, clean, and well stocked. Directions were clear, and communication with the host was excellent. The coffee/tea bar was a nice amenity, as well as the water cooler. The location was quaint and quiet with horses across the street.
We had an amazing stay, close to Jellystone Park. The house was perfectly appointed down to the smallest detail. The pillows, sheets and blankets were so comfortable! Everyone slept soundly. We highly recommend this home!
Every detail for a perfect stay has been anticipated and provided. Along with convenient restaurants attractions and quaint communities the house is a dazzle of wonderment. Eventhough its over 120 years old it fit like a glove for comfort . My wife wanted to book again next year for her birthday.
