We really enjoyed a second stay at the De Vita House. The place is so clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Karin is a great host--she immediately dropped off a couple kitchen items we thought we needed--wasn't even an emergency or anything! Absolutely recommend.
Like stayn at G-mas yet with all the modern ammenaries. Very, very clean! Karin was great. Back porch sitting was awesome. Surrounding area was great for day trippn.
This lovely home was just perfection. We found it to be cozy, in a very beautiful location, and just the perfect respite for our travels. The coffee station was a treat. The fields and pond beyond the back porch were peaceful. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We would love to visit again. Our host was very responsive and friendly. This stay added a lot to our trip! Thank you!
My friends and I had a great weekend at this property. The house and property were wonderful, nearby towns were great, and area hiking was easily accessible.
Perfect location for a fall get together for our friend’s 50th birthday at a nearby winery. House was conveniently located, clean, big enough for 3 women to sleep comfortably. We loved the horses across the street. Very relaxing and quiet stay.
Gorgeous country home! Highly recommend staying in the DeVita House. Beautiful country setting. You can get lost just watching the pond activity. The area is full of activities and local farms.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The host went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed even tho we were a lil early for check in. Thanks for everything can’t wait to be back!
We loved our stay at this rental. The house was cozy and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and had amazing scenery. We will definitely book this house again in the future!
The house was perfect for our stay, and we appreciated the homey touches. Seeing the skydivers and parachuters in the evening off the back deck was a bonus. We enjoyed our vacation and the house was close to climbing, hiking, and town but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing in the evenings.
My family of five adults needed accommodations for my daughter’s college graduation. Not only was the house stocked, it was spotless and had a pond with fish! We had a great time and big thank you to our host! If you need a place to stay close to new paltz look no further
We spent a week with our young daughter, and we made the best choice to stay here. The house has plenty of space--a huge kitchen--and is very clean (there are also cleaning supplies provided--especially important if you have a crumb-dropping kid--as well as many other supplies. ). We really miss sitting on the porch watching the horses across the road.
We had an amazing stay, close to Jellystone Park. The house was perfectly appointed down to the smallest detail. The pillows, sheets and blankets were so comfortable! Everyone slept soundly. We highly recommend this home!
