Spacious new construction home. Kitchen is open to living room with ample space to cool. Garage is readily available for parking. Hot Tub for relaxation after long day. Swing set for the young ones. Patio with television and grill. No smoking in the house or forfeiture of stay. Respect neighbors by keeping noise down. Golf cart is available for additional rental cost. At checkout remove linens, towels and place in laundry room. Absolutely no h gatherings or parties of any kind! If there is a gatherings or party of any type reservation will be immediately cancelled and no refund. Thanks for understanding.
