Charming, light-filled 1938 bungalow, surrounded by tropical gardens, steps to Sunshine Beach. Offering both original detail and current amenity, this one-of-a-kind bungalow experience is located on Treasure Island near John's Pass in St Petersburg Florida. Situated on the gulf side of Gulf Boulevard, it makes for a most relaxing and convenient beach experience, all day and every day. No need to cross a busy intersection to reach the white sand and waves, just step out your back door to two conveniently located boardwalks, one on either side.

Listen to the crash of the waves while relaxing on a private deck area with tropical surroundings after a day in the water and sun. Plenty of seating and a gas grill for entertaining. The deck overlooks a privately fenced lawn area with colorful hibiscus and a variety of palm trees (including Coconuts, Fox Tails, Christmas and Areca). This one bedroom, one bath Bungalow sleeps 6 with two pullouts in an oversized, light-filled living area. The kitchen is fully stocked for convenience and use of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) are available during your stay.

The beach bungalow was the perfect stay. It was easy to get to the beach, walk to the boardwalk and other attractions. The bungalow fit our family of 5 perfectly. An added bonus was all the great firework displays. We definitely recommend!

Loved this little place. Very clean and a lot of space for a one bed one bath. Very convenient being close to the beach and John’s Pass. The small neighborhood is a great place for a slow morning walk. Beautiful yard and well maintained. They provide you with beach equipment which is also a plus.

The home was just as described. Maybe 100 yards from the beach and very well maintained. Ken was helpful and responsive with the couple of questions I had and we would definitely stay there again. Best place we have stayed in the Tampa Bay area

Absolutely perfect

This cottage is the perfect location. Just a few steps to the beach and a short walk the bridge to Johns Pass. The house was clean and had everything we needed. And very dog friendly with the fenced in yard.

A very lovely house by the beach, just few steps. Great location, we were looking for a small cosy house, to do some sport, healthy food and just relax, it suited us perfectly and we are very picky people :) highly recommend by us

The property was so cute and clean. The location was AMAZING for getting to the beach! I loved that there were beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use too. Being able to sit on the deck in the chairs was a treat. The host was easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. The location is pretty far from anything else so keep that in mind if you are wanting to explore other areas.

Such an adorable, well maintained and nicely decorated home. Very close to the beach access. It was clean and stocked with necessities. Being able to bring my dog on vacation means the world to me. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying there.
