Newly renovated non-smoking studio in a well-kept, quiet complex. Ideal for short and long term vacationers. The studio can accommodate 2 people and there is the possibility to let a child sleep on the sofa. A fully equipped kitchen with large ceramic hob, oven, microwave and large fridge-freezer also offers long-term vacationers a pleasant stay. In the cozy living room with its large corner sofa you can enjoy reading, watching TV, playing games, listening to music or sitting together. The large balcony with its fantastic sea view invites you to relax and dream. In just 5 minutes walk you reach the Playa del Pirata. The house has a bar and a gourmet restaurant. A supermarket and car rental are 50m away. In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants of Canarian and international cuisine.

Super Unterkunft für 2 Personen

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles da, was man benötigt. Es ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist ein wenig ab vom Schuss, aber wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann auch einen gemütlichen Weg nach Maspalomas gehen.

Es waren schöne 2 Wochen in einer perfekt ausgestattetenund renovierten Wohnung.Die Sonne kann man super im Poolbereich genießen und bei 24 Grad Wassertemperatur im Februar Schwimmern gehen.

Das Apartment liegt in einer tollen Anlage. Es ist mit allen was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Waren von Anfang Nov. 24 bis Ende Jan. 25 vor Ort.Vermieter bei Problemen schnell erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert. Werden es bestimmt nochmal mieten.

Apartment mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend - dicht zum Strand, Promenaden für lange Spaziergänge, verkehrsmäßig gut angebunden und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist überkomplett. Es fehlte an nichts.

Wunderbares Sonnendomizil

Voll ausgestattetes Apartment mit Terrasse mit Meerblick. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Check-in und Abreise waren sehr gut organisiert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühl. Nur das Parken entlang der Straße war nicht immer einfach und mit langen Laufwegen verbunden. Dennoch freuen wir uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt!

klein, aber fein

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum, ebenso der Sonnenaufgang und der Sonnenuntergang, die man beide hier in der ersten Reihe genießen kann. Mit dem neuen Sonnenschirm lässt es sich dann auch ganz hervorragend auf dieser Pole Position frühstücken. Die Bilder entsprechen dem, was man vorfindet. Für zwei Personen ist das Kleinod genau richtig, perfekt ist es bestimmt auch oder vor allem für Alleinreisende. Wenn die Internetverbindung noch passt, die die man bisher gegen Gebühr extra buchen muss und die wir persönlich nicht wieder bezahlen würden, wäre es sogar ein Ort, an dem man sehr gut im Home Office arbeiten könnte. Wenn man sich noch eine Sache wünschen könnte, in diesem kleinen Appartement, dann wäre es die Spülmaschine, dann wäre es im Urlaub, zumindest was den Haushalt angeht, so angenehm wie Zuhause. Ansonsten gibt es hier alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Unkompliziert und besonders angenehm war die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Persönlich fanden wir es als sehr angenehm, nicht mit den Massen noch weiter im Süden im Hotel zu sitzen. Einen Mietwagen würden wir aufgrund der Lage aber immer wieder dazu buchen, auch wenn die abendliche Suche nach einem Parkplatz mitunter dauern kann. Alles in allem kann man immer wieder kommen, um dort den kanarischen Himmel zu genießen.

Liebe Ulrike, ab sofort ist in der Wohnung schnelles Internet verfügbar. Mit 600MBit ist das Arbeiten vom Balkon aus ein Vergnügen. :-)

Heerlijke vakantie

De hosts zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het strand dat nog geen 5 minuten lopen is, heeft hele hoge golven! Het zand is zwart en daardoor heel heet, maar dat went wel. Het is niet erg toeristisch daar, waardoor er niet veel restaurants zijn. Gelukkig gaat de bus erg vaak en ben je binnen 10 minuten in het toeristische Playa del Ingles. Bovendien kan je in het appartement prima zelf koken. Slapen vonden we lastiger omdat het extreem warm was, maar ook dit was een kwestie van wennen. We hebben heel erg genoten!

Great little apartment

Thanks to Carmen and Ernst for being great hosts; they were helpful every step of the way and provided a clean, well maintained and very well equipment apartment. Lovely views of the sea and a well kept pool. Beaches are a very short walk away and the busier areas of San Agustin leading to Playa de Ingles are well within walking distance. A few hundred metres will take you to the Playa del Aguila bus stop which provides a great service for the whole island. A good little supermarket is a 1 minute walk from the apartment door. I only marked the area down to 4 stars as it was a little quiet for us but we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay.

Netjes, schoon en rustig

De woning is praktisch ingericht en is fris en netjes. Heerlijk balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad. Het is een rustige omgeving op loopafstand van een fijn zandstrand. In het complex zitten voornamelijk senioren die hier overwinteren. Het is dus erg rustig maar wij houden daarvan. Om het eiland te verkennen is een auto echt nodig. We hebben een fijn en zonnig verblijf gehad. Bedankt Carmen.

A relaxed holiday

The flat was very clean and well-equipped. There was a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine provided. In the cupboards were tea, coffee, oil, herbs and spices. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, looking at the sunrise over the sea. The pool area was nice. A short walk took us to two different beaches. We took a bus to Las Palmas, which was very easy.

Ernest and Carmen apartment is lovely nice and clean with excellent amenities the pool is south facing so you get the sun in the morning the apartment is in a quiet area but with in walking distance of playa de ingles there are plenty of buses that run all over the island just down the road from the apartment it is with no doubt one of the best places we have stayed in in gran canaria looking forward to returning later in the year
