The space is fully furnished, equipped with a living room, full kitchen, split air conditioning in all suites, a great balcony with a hammock to relax and a wonderful Gourmet space equipped with a covered barbecue.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge a light fee for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, we charge water and energy;

***A deposit of R$800.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
