Die Ferienwohnung war groß, sauber und alles vorhanden.Was nicht so toll war, waren die fehlenden benötigten Auskünfte bei der Schlüsselübergabe: z.B. es waren keine Mülltonnen in der Ferienwohnung mit 6 Wohneinheiten !!!Man musste den Müll irgendwo auf einer Sammelstelle entsorgen....Lobenswert war eine eigene Garage für E-Bikes.Prerow und der feine Sandstrand ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Ebenfalls die sehr schönen Fahrradwege im Darßer Wald.

Sehr guter Gesamteindruck. Der Fahrradschuppen war noch voller Herbstlaub u.nicht gesäubert. Die Jallosetten sollten erneuert werden, sie klemmen nicht mehr fest bzw. gerade.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet alles was man benötigt. Sie ist im Erdgeschoss und recht dunkel, aber wenn es draußen 35 Grad hat schätzt man die angenehme kühle Wohnung. Was mir nicht gefallen hat ist, dass man für Handtücher, Bettwäsche extra bezahlen muss. Ich finde das gehört eigentlich zum Service dazu. Es hinterlässt den Eindruck von zusätzlicher Abzocke.

Vielen Dank für Ihre ausgezeichnete Bewertung. Ob Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden, entscheiden die jeweiligen Eigentümer der Ferienobjekte. Im gebuchten Objekt ist vom Wohnungseigentümer keines von beiden vorgesehen, was im Inserat auch so vermerkt ist. Als Vermittlungsagentur vor Ort bieten wir deshalb an, dass Bettwäsche und/oder Handtücher gemietet werden können. Aus betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht können wir diesen Service nicht kostenfrei anbieten, da er nicht mit dem Eigentümer verrechnet werden kann. Es steht aber selbstverständlich allen Gästen frei, sich Bettwäsche und Handtücher von zu Hause mitzubringen, worauf wir bei jeder Buchung explizit vorab hinweisen. Objekt gut - Verwaltung spröde

Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön ruhig, aber ziemlich schattig bzw. dunkel. Ausstattung ist prima. Die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeiter*innen der Verwaltung war etwas zäh. Erst auf Nachfrage wurden einige Mängel wie ein fehlender Hausschlüssel oder eine defekte Lampe bestätigt und dann aber auch beseitigt. Allerdings hätten wir uns dadurch fast ausgeschlossen. Kundenfreundlichkeit geht anders.
