Beautiful, independent vacation home with pool in Gran Alacant. It has been cared for down to the smallest detail and has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a large terrace with wonderful panoramic views where you can relax in the sun. The house is located just 1 km from the Gran Alacant shopping center, where you will find supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars. And don't miss Carabassi Square, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca. To get to the beach you will need a vehicle. The access to the house has steps.
