Beautiful, independent vacation home with pool in Gran Alacant. It has been cared for down to the smallest detail and has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a large terrace with wonderful panoramic views where you can relax in the sun. The house is located just 1 km from the Gran Alacant shopping center, where you will find supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars. And don't miss Carabassi Square, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca. To get to the beach you will need a vehicle. The access to the house has steps.

The beds at the property were terrible. The one double bed had a broken base. All the rest bar one were old coil spring type. All the single beds had thin mattress toppers on, which continually slid off the bed when trying to sleep on them. The whole property is in need of a revamp. Cupboard doors falling off the runners. Paint peeling on the stone work. Cracked railings on the top balcony. Door to allow car access was difficult to use.lock and handles didn’t work. Payment for electric was too high. I was made to pay extra and tax. Cleaning fee too high. Definitely not recommended.

Leider war das Haus nicht wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten, Bilder müssten mal erneuert werden und das Haus auch.Küche: Geschirr, Besteck und so weiter waren schmutzig und klebrig, im Kühlschrank waren noch die Essensreste vom vor Mieter.Schlafzimmer: Im obern Zimmer ist Schimmel um die ganze Balkontür (habe die darauf hingewiesen,Sie behaupten es wäre nicht Gesundheitsschädlich), die Matratze sind bei allen Betten durchgelegen und wurden auch nicht gereinigt, es waren noch Chips Krümel unter dem frisch bezogenem Laken .Badezimmer: Duschvorhänge sind alle verschimmelt, das Silikon um die Duschen/Badewannen und an den Decken haben alle Schimmel. Mit gefaltetem Toilettenpapier wurde die Duschstange an der Wand zum halten gebracht, im einem anderen Badezimmer wurde an der Wand mit Klebeband die Fliesen angeklebt, das sie nicht runter fallen.Terrasse oben: Alle Stühle kaputt , Wäscheständer kaputt ,leider gibt es keine Terrasse mit Schatten , Sonnenschirm waren auch alle defekt, habe selbst einen gekauft und da gelassen (hoffe er ist noch da). Vielleicht haben ich noch was vergessen, aber egal das ist für meine Verhältnisse schon genug Der Pool ist groß genug, sieht auf den Bildern kleiner aus.Die Umgebung ist okay und ruhig.

Belle propriété tres bon emplacement belle vue Belle semaine ensoleillée Attention comme même dans escalier pres de la piscine tres glissant quand cest mouillé Quelle dommage quil ny est pas de jacuzzi sur la terrasse etage 1 er au vu de la vue qui est magnifique. On reviendra avec plaisir
