Big kite viewing in town , sandy beach, surf, and whale watching from this Oceanfront Home in Lincoln City. Rare double lot grassy yard overlooking the sand and surf. Big Oceanfront living room 75" High Def big screen with cable. Foosball room. Upstairs is a smart tv with Roku. Perfect for groups of 16 with plenty of bed choices. Huge private grass yard overlooking the beach is perfect for an oceanfront BBQ or croquet tournament. Only 3 stairs to enter the main living area. Besides the kitchen the upper family room has a kitchenette and dining table for playing games & puzzles or enjoying early morning coffee and watching the colorful clouds over the ocean. Large stone mantel with gas fireplace and wall to wall windows overlooking the beach. Gaze at the Sunsets, moonlight over the ocean and whale spouts . Colorful kites are always in view from inside the house & from the large picket fenced yard and brick patio overlooking the surf . It has a Gazebo and several wooden Adirondack chairs for outdoor lounging. There is 1 King bed, 5 Queens beds, 4 twins. Two of the bedrooms and a bath are on the main entry floor. The kitchen is nicely stocked with just about everything you'll need to create a masterpiece for the gang! Kids love the magic of the secret attic and window box seats for games or reading. Beach access is approx 5 houses to the North (D River Wayside). Please, No weddings or rental furniture. There are plenty of chairs for 16 guests.

This was the BEST rental and best equipped we've experienced. I kept wondering if it was really going to be as good as the photos showed, and YES, it was! We had a group of 13, so we didn't have a lot of choices, but we were VERY happy to have had this option. The yard wasn't as green as the photos, but we came at the end of summer, so that is to be expected. Access to the beach was a bit of a puzzle as to how to get there because of some construction going on, but we did get there and enjoyed our time on the beach as well. The weather was good for us so we spent a lot of time in the yard on lawn chairs we brought watching the ocean. There isn't a table large enough to accommodate all of us, but I brought eating trays, so we could eat outside or wherever we could. All 13 of us had a great time!

The house was beautiful. There was plenty of space for our group with some fun secret places for the kids. There’s a wonderful view of the ocean and sitting on the deck watching the sunset was breathtaking. The fenced in yard was amazing for the little ones.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very beautiful and comfortable. We loved the layout, especially for large groups. The location was fantastic, and the view was Great. The downside was some bird poop on chairs and windows as we arrived, and no chairs on the grass (like the pic showed). No beach access (but that's ok). The slight the lack of privacy from the neighbors (to the right). But that's ok. All in all, loved it.

This wonderful beach house had beautiful views of the surf and quick access to the sand. The house is roomy and the location is central to Lincoln City. We loved our short stay and would definitely chose to return.

The views were stunning! Would stay again! Could use more dishes and dish towels. Access to the cigar house was advertised but not accessible. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is gorgeous!!

This is a beautiful property! We enjoyed the views it has to offer, and all the space it has! We were outnumbered with kids to adults but with all the space everyone had there place to chill and play. We created so many great memories at this house! Karen was awesome to work with.

We are a family of 13 from ages 11 months to 74 years. This was one of the most perfect properties we have stayed at in the past decade. The pictures are extremely accurate. The backyard, as stated, is a large grassy space for outdoor games, plenty of Adirondack chairs, a Gazebo and a view that is absolutely stunning as well as expansive. The extra touches make this home a standout - an enormous outdoor cooler for drinks, several indoor and outdoor areas for people to enjoy a little private space, when needed, an incredible array of kitchen utensils for whatever you decide to prepare and quality pans of every size that are easy to clean. The beds and pillows were all comfortable and good quality. All the furniture was comfortable and provided seating in any room where the family gathered. This home is maintained and very clean. The attention to detail lets you know that this particular Host truly cares about her guests feeling good about staying here. The Host is also very attentive, responsive and kind. The only thing we would add is that there are no closets in the bedrooms and bringing a few hangars for the hooks provided is advisable.

Great stay. Awesome views! The only thing is if you have anyone that can’t manage stairs it is not the house for you. Many steps into and within house, but other than that great!
