Amazing Property!!

The house is beautifully furnished and maintained, the pool is awesome, and the property manager added a really nice extra touch by having some snacks in the fridge for us upon arrival. I was extremely happy with this rental and would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Exceeded Expectations

House located in quiet neighborhood. Outstanding property with many upscale features including pool and separate spa on the lanai. Canal behind the house for fishing; various birds to watch if you enjoy wildlife. Central location to grocery stores and shopping as well as easy access to roads leading to Fort Myers and Pine Island. Hope to return again next year.

florida stay

everything was great with the house, the only issue we have is with the electricity payment. we have never had this at any house before and we rent houses twice a year. We are exceptional renters and most times the house is just as clean when we leave as when we arrived. there should be something to be said for good renters. it was absolutely not about the money, it was only $30 bucks, but seemed very pety to us to be perfectly honest... again the entire experience, house , pool everything was 5 star

Thank you for your kind review, we really appreciate it. For the electricity issue it is clearly mentioned in the description of this property that it is charged separately at the end of the stay. Also we honored you being great guests in giving you a discount of more than $20 on the whole fee. As we explained charging electricity extra is due to the fact that some guests are not common at how high the bill can run in summer in SW Florida with the AC settings low and doors open. Therefore we found that charging separately is a good way to treat both guests and owners of the property fairly.

Absolutely relaxing!

We had the most wonderful and relaxing six nights! I picked this home bc it was five minutes away from our home! It was my Fiance's 50th Bday and I surprised him with his best friend and his Wife for the stay! They were celebrating their 18th Wedding Anniversary, so the four of us really had a beautiful relaxing time! The house was amazing! Just like the pictures! Claudia and Dennis were so great! The check in and check out process was quick and smooth! I only had a question why the second bedroom with the king size bed did not have a TV, so our friends took the bdrm with the queen size bed bc they wanted a TV. It worked out, we still had a wonderful time! We will definitely come back! Ten stars!!!

We had a wonderful time at Pura Vida. The house is beautiful and the photos are accurate. It was equipped with everything you could need during your stay. We really appreciated having the fishing poles, beach chairs, and umbrella on hand. Dennis was polite and helpful, check in and out were quick and easy. We can't wait to return!

Great Honeymoon Getaway

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and we had an AMAZING time. The home was everything we wanted it to be - clean, top of the line accommodations, quiet and easy access to the community. The pool/spa area was top of the line, easy to use and provided much need relaxation. The house itself had so many little perks that made us feel like we were living in luxury for a week. Dennis was super helpful and nice during our check in and check out process. There’s nothing bad we have to say about our stay here - it was the perfect stay for just the two of us on our honeymoon or for if we ever come back with friends or family in the future!

What a wonderful home as the property is even more beautiful in person. My family enjoyed the amazing pool and we had a great time visiting Cape Coral for the 1st time. FANTASTIC PROPERTY

This property is everything the photos make it out to be, right down to the way the towels are folded and the throw blankets are placed. We love this property so much that we discussed coming back for Thanksgiving. My only issue is that the kitchen is not stocked well enough to be able to cook a traditional Thanksgiving meal. I'm not a cook by any means and felt the kitchen/cookware was greatly lacking. There were enough of the basics cups/plates to feed the neighborhood! Previous reviews state the property isn't close to anything. That is correct in that you aren't able to "walk" to the places you need to go, but we didn't book the property looking to be in the heart of the city or next door to the grocery store. We choose a home with a Pool so that we could stay put during the pandemic. FL was mostly open so we did venture out to a few restaurants and a few beaches. Ft. Meyers is a short trip over the river if you'd like to go down town or to the beaches that way. Check in and out were a breeze. This was the first VRBO rental we've rented and I was not thrilled that someone would be stopping by for check in and out, but it wasn't as annoying as I had made it out to be in my head. It wasn't annoying at all and Claudia is very pleasant. Nest time we are in the area we will rent from her property management company,

Magical Time

From the time we booked this property till the time we left I would say it was a very pleasant process. When we arrived we were blown away. Very clean and well stocked. Only thing is it needs baking pans including a cookie sheet in kitchen lol. Pool and hot tub was amazing especially at night with all the lights. Claudia and her husband were super nice and made their selves available anytime if we needed them. I have nothing negative to say about this house and property and the process that we went through when we started booking it. Our grandkids loved seeing the wildlife on the canal and the baby Iguanas. We had an awesome time and will probably rent there again next year.
