Enjoy spectacular water views from the deck and dock of this waterfront Cape Cod getaway. This unique property is fully equipped with everything you and your guests will need to enjoy your vacation. Recently renovated from top to bottom.

Kayak around the protected ocean pond and over to Washburn Island with the provided Kayaks and Paddleboards. Explore all of the activities that Falmouth and Cape Cod offer. Relax at the association beach, use the private clubhouse, heated swimming pool, tennis courts, restaurant & bar (in season) all for a small fee. For shopping the property is located halfway between Mashpee Commons and Falmouth Center (4 miles either way).

It boasts an open living, dining, and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings.

Wonderful Holiday Getaway

We had a cozy, comfortable and festive stay at this beautiful rental. The hosts put up Christmas decorations to make our stay extra special. The home is fully stocked with everything you’ll need - and it was incredibly organized, something you don’t always find with vacation rentals. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family!

Great house!

We stayed as a family for one week. It was very, very comfortable and cosy. We felt very much "at home" their. Used the kayaks twice. Our son loved it very much. We can only highly recommend this house to anyone who would like to relax and have a wonderful time. Also the neighborhood is very pleasant. We went jogging many times. If we ever come back to this region, we would always stay here! kind regards from Germany Jan

Our stay at Falmouth Amazing Water View

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at your home! The house was completely updated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The dock was huge hit, we fished and kayaked and watched the swans swim by every day. We hope to rent again on our next trip to Falmouth!

Wonderful Vacation

We just returned from a 2 week stay at this beautiful home. Everything about it was so comfortable and inviting. The beds and linens were perfect. It was very well stocked with anything you would need. My grandchildren loved the dock and outdoor shower. We loved the ability to use the kayaks and paddle boards. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and it was taken care of immediately! The location was very quiet and peaceful. Thank you!
