There are a variety of nearby bike, kayak and paddle board rentals, so you can enjoy the outdoors in your own way.

The washing machine was broken the entire month. Vacasa said they would fix it every week, but never did. Got some credit back, but needed a washing machine.

Great location and the unit was very functional. Updated master bath and kitchen. Washing machine was broker when we arrived. Call to Vacasa helped get it quickly replaced. The master bed was old and squeaked every time you moved. Mattress was old and this matress and bed frame should be replaced. Finally, the pool pictured on VRBO for this unit was not the pool that was available to this unit. 3 pictures of the pool did not show available pool. The pool pictured was available to 12 different units with key entry required. The pool available to this unit was for 36 units and 2/3 the size of the pool and pool area.

Great location

It was convenient to the beach without being right on the beach prices plus there was a nice pool. Looks like they are still doing renovations but unit was in reasonable shape. Loved having a screened in porch.

The location was perfect for our needs. Somewhat redone (flooring and bathroom and counters). Beds could be replaced but otherwise it worked for us.

Wish it was better

Overall not a great unit. The tiny bugs in kitchen and master bathroom really turned me off. There were no beach towels or any beach "things" provided which being in Florida you would think they would provide. Listing did not specify just listed "Towels" but again you would think they would at least have some beach towels for the pool. Dishwasher would not work, we sent in a maintenance request on Tuesday, we left the following Tuesday and had never heard from them again after they said they would get someone there as soon as they could. Several little things that could have been better but these are the highlights.
