Hawaiian Paradise- Waiting Just for You-

Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo received a complete renovation so we can offer all the amenities the discriminating traveler desires. The condo has a stainless steel kitchen, all small appliances, glassware, cookware & cooking utensils. Our Select Comfort Sleep Number adjustable mattresses on the king and twin beds insure comfort for rest after your busy island adventures. Custom bath and shower areas are furnished with hair dryers & bath linens. There are TVs in living room & both bedrooms with FREE WI-FI, There is a full-size washer and dryer (with free laundry detergent!) in the unit for your convenience. We provide a small library of books & games if you want to spend an evening inside just relaxing. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler make trips to the beach a breeze. Some snorkeling equipment and boogie boards may be in our ‘toy box’ for you to use at your our risk.



Why the Owner Chose Kihei: : Kihei Akahi offered a superb sunny location within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping and the BEACH! We discovered that many times when it rains in Lahaina and Kaanapali, Kihei is usually sunny and warm. Located across from Kaamaole Beach II (voted the best beach on Maui several times) and offering 2 pools with BBQ facilities and tennis/pickle ball courts on site added to Kihei Aklahi's qualities. Boat trips, whether for scuba diving, snorkeling or rentals can be found within walking distance at Kihei Boat ramp.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo: Year Purchased: 1995 - The outstanding view from our lanai is next to Heaven itself. We have over 180 degree view from the west Maui mountains to Molikini Crater. From December to April whales frolic in the waters off Kaamaole Beach as if there to be your private performers. And if sunsets aren't breathtaking enough, looking out the front door up Haleakala Volcano at sunrise surely will do the job.

Owner Description/Comments:: We, Sue and Bill, have been condo owners in Kihei Maui since 1991. We have traveled to all of the Hawaiian islands since 1983 and believe Maui No Kai Oi - Maui is the Best. Our sons were raised with many trips to Hawaii learning to appreciate the Hawaiian sea life, culture and natural beauty. We hope to be able to continue to share this wonderful island paradise with YOU making our 'home away from home' Your Vacation Home in Paradise!

Excellent host who communicates quickly and is very easy to work with. Property is in a great location for the young, and those of us not so young. Amenities at complex are great and there are plenty of recreational and eating opportunities in the immediate (walking) area. A great unit.

We enjoyed our 2nd stay in this condo very much! The view from the balcony is amazing (my favorite spot for coffee in the morning). The walk to the beach was not too far and helped us get our steps in for the week. Our communication with Susan and the management company was nice and easy! We will definitely be back!

We too love our view and have looked at many other condos but have not found any to compare, especially in ‘whale season’ when you can sit on the lanai and watch whales frolicking at your leisure. Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed, was clean and a nice layout for a family of four. We loved staying in Kihea. A close walk to a lot of restaurants, beaches, and shops.

Brenda and her family were wonderful guests. They communicated with me on all matters, even when I miss rated them. They are 5 star guests and I would rent to them in the future. The Perfect Stay

My family spent over a week in this condo. It is located next to one of the best beaches in Maui, Kam 2. The condo was very clean, well kept and was advertised accurately. This will be my go to place in Maui going forward.

This is our second time to stay in this great property! The views are fantastic. It’s so nice to have very efficient air-conditioning as well since you’re on the top floor. It has an elevator, but we enjoyed taking the six flights of steps for part of our exercise it’s well equipped with wonderful beach, chairs, umbrellas, even extra snorkels and masks, and a boogie board. We will be back!

We arrived the day of the wild fire and our host called and checked on us even offered a refund which most hosts weren’t willing to do. Condo was clean comfortable and great vie. Would stay here again

We, Sue and BIll Everett, love to travel and have been traveling the Hawaiian islands since 1985. We have two grown sons in Ohio and Utah and the world's best dog, Brownie! Although we'd love to spend more time in Kihei work makes that impossible so we love to share our island paradise condo with our guests.

Why they chose this property

After seeing all the Hawaiian islands and all parts of each island, we decided on Kihei because of its dry, sunny climate. We noticed when we stayed on the "West side" it rained quite a lot, but Kihei was nice and sunny. We have not regretted our purchse one single minute!! The office staff are helpful and keep Kihei Akahi running smoothly. Plus our board of directors take a hands on approach to every situation so no detail gets overlooked.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefit of our condo has to be the lanai and the awesome ocean views. During whale season, have a seat, pickup the binoculars and its better than any whale watch trip. And of course, theres no better place to see the beautiful Maui sunsets than on your own comfortable lanai.
