Outdoor space includes a spacious dock with covered gazebo, smart TV, and hot tub (located on top deck) as well as private boat slip. Enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine on the dock from the #1 winery in NYS located minutes away! 2 kayaks as well as a paddle board included with bookings.

Property has recently been renovated and has high speed wifi, lots of outdoor space to enjoy beautiful Keuka lake sunsets while being in the heart of the finger lakes surrounded by many great breweries, wineries and distilleries.
What makes this property unique
Located halfway down the lake makes it a very easy trip to go to local towns such as Hammondsport, Penn Yan and Watkins Glen, also making it a perfect location for visiting local wineries, breweries and distilleries.
