The condo was probably the most perfectly appointed we have ever stayed in.Sun Valley is a lovely town with many excellent restaurants, accessible trails, wonderful shops, etc.
I have never been more impressed by a vacation rental property! The layout of the home, the furnishings, the luxury details, the location, all overwhelmed and delighted us! Cannot say enough about this amazing home! We look forward to returning again!
We come to Sun Valley every Summer and will now have a hard time returning without renting this place. It’s easy walking distance to everything in town but has a beautiful back “yard” that backs up to a river and park so it’s super quiet. The house was well stocked but anything we needed was an easy request away. Will definitely be back!
Loved our family's stay in this well-equipped, spacious home that pleased adults and young children alike. Adjacent park was a pleasant feature and afforded privacy and a lovely view. Young children must be supervised around the creek, which was the only concern. The location was ideal for family who enjoyed walking to dinner, coffee shops and shopping. (even the Toy Store!).
We had two families share this home with our children for a ski trip. The home is amazing with wonderful amenities and walkable to downtown restaurants. Everything exceeded expectations. The bedrooms were very spacious with a great bunk room for the kids. The only glitch was one less allowed parking spot than indicated (2 not 3) which was a small nuisance but not a big deal at all. It was easy to communicate with Josh. Would love to stay here again!
Fantastic property just steps from town - you can't beat the location! It's walking distance to town, bike paths and even the Sun Valley Lodge. Great layout for a family and our daughters loved the bunk bed room (4 bunk beds) so a great set up for multiple kids! Nice master bedroom suite layout. The house has two desks perfect for any remote work needs. Josh was a fantastic property manager and was uber responsive and helpful in addressing anything that came up. We look forward to returning in the future!
We really enjoyed this house for 3 weeks, and never missed my own house. This is a great home with kids since kids can just walk to Lucy Loken Park from the backyard. They enjoyed running around, explore the nature. I really enjoyed this house so much. This house is very high ceilings, open floor plan, beautiful natural lighting, spacious living room and dining room. We cooked a lot here while we are staying here, this house has everything I needed to cook, all the kitchen equipments are wonderful. Josh was very responsive. I really wanna come back to this house and Really recommend This house!!
This condo was perfect for our group. We were on different hectic schedules attending and racing in the Sun Valley Tour de Force, so we were appreciative how the four ensuites, all upstairs, were situated in a way that every one could have a quiet place to sleep. The condo lives more like a large home, located in a sort of woodland grotto next to the creek. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Easy 1 to 3 block walk to many restaurants and shops. Bonus points to the host for ensuring that the kitchen and refrigerator wasn't full of prior guests' food and condiments. The kitchen is a great layout for several people to meal prep without tripping over each other. Booking again!
We would have given a 5 star but the house smelled like smoke when we arrived. After each fire we made in the fireplace, we realized that the chimney did not draft well. All of our clothes smelled like smoke. There were several rooms without lights...the laundry room and guest room closet. The lighting in the house was difficult in general.
The home was spacious and worked well for our two families of four. We were able to easily walk into town for meals and grab the bus to River Run base at all times.
The property manager was attentive and got an electrician to come and fix one problem immediately. He also gave us directions for the fireplace, so we assume the smoke smell has bothered other guests as well. He also gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area.
Four couples stayed here for 5 nights. 4 minute walk to town for all the restaurants and shopping. Lots of parking including a one car garage. We didn’t use the jacuzzi because the outside temp was close to 90. The kitchen was large and we had everything we needed to cook large meals. The refrigerator and freezer were spacious and the stove was gas. The AC worked well but a little noisy. We had plenty of hot water for showers and the washer and dryer worked well. I wish we had a second set of towels. The owner met us at the home/condo and showed us how everything worked. A little pricey but it is SunValley. I would stay again.

Townhouse by a Creek at the edge of Ketchum
This townhouse is at the corner of town, adjacent to a private park. The best part of the townhouse was the outdoor area, but it is also large and nicely furnished. However, the refrigerator has very limited capacity for a large group--we were eight. I recommended another in the garage. Also, the dishwasher needs repair to prevent the bottom shelf from sliding out onto the floor. The manager, Josh, said he will look into fixing these things, but if you are a larger group, ask.

A block off Sun Valley Road and three blocks off Main Street, in a very secluded and private area. Home is well furnished and in great shape. A+++ would love to stay here again. Property manager Josh was very responsive and a great host.
Had a minor issue with the upstairs HVAC which Josh had remedied almost immediately. Outdoor space / grill is great. Very, very positive experience.
