This spacious condo on the ocean has lovely views of Mill Cove. 2 bedrooms and a loft with a pullout sofa. 2 full bathrooms. Master suite has extra sink area outside bathroom.

Enjoy the views from your private deck and the surroundings and boating activity. Look for seals, eagles, herons, osprey, and a variety of ducks. Fish from the rocks for stripers and mackerel schooling in the cove. Or take an easy stroll to the downtown to restaurants, stores, art galleries, a local brewery, and boat excursions.

Open concept cathedral ceilings with comfortable furnishings. Water view dining area and fully equipped kitchen including a granite countertop with bar stools to sit for your morning coffee.

Beautiful view!

Plenty of towels and paper goods. Lots of everything in the kitchen, pots, pans, glasses, cups. Nice furnishings and room for many people with the loft area. View is better than the picture on the website. Easy self check-in and also has nice appliances, including the washer/dryer. Would definitely stay again!

Loved it !

My friend and I stayed at this lovely property and enjoyed it so much ! The house is very clean , very well appointed , and within walking distance to town . The views of Mill Cove are from the deck are beautiful . When we called Sharon ( the lock didn’t work ) , she responded immediately and was helpful and gracious . I am looking forward to staying there again .

Great Location

This condo is within walking distance to everything downtown Boothbay Harbor. When we were there it was really hot and humid. The condo has one portable air conditioner but it is not sufficient for cooling the condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the owners were very helpful.

Boothbay Harbor Gem

The property is tucked away in a quiet location walking distance from the center of town. The view of the cove from the balcony is beautiful. Parking right in front of the condo gives easy access. The host is very helpful if you have questions. The decor is so festive and makes you feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very peaceful setting. Hoping to stay again in the future. Thank you for a great stay..

Hard to Leave

This unit was spacious, airy, bright and clean. It was very well equipped and decorated with lovely touches that make it feel very homey and not at all a rental unit. The setting was beautiful. We found it very relaxing to watch the tidal changes in the cove. We saw birds, including an eagle twice, a fox, heron, gulls, etc. The only drawback was that we had to go home.
