Welcome to your own private Colorado getaway! Set on 5 peaceful acres just outside Colorado Springs, our spacious home gives large groups plenty of room to gather, relax, play, and spread out — all while being close to the area's best attractions, restaurants, hiking, and wedding venues.

The home was designed with large groups in mind. Families, wedding parties, and multi-generational groups can enjoy time together without everyone having to be in the same room.

There are multiple indoor living areas, a spacious loft, a private theater, a game area, outdoor gathering spaces, and plenty of comfortable seating throughout the home.

Kids and teens can play while adults relax, or everyone can come together for a movie, game night, dinner, or an evening around the fire.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is one of the things our guests mention most often. It is extremely well stocked with cookware, appliances, spices, oils, serving pieces, and the essentials needed to prepare meals for a large group.

We are not a wedding venue and cannot host ceremonies or receptions on the property, but we love being the home base for wedding weekends.

The house works beautifully for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, morning-after brunches, getting ready before the wedding, and simply giving your group a comfortable place to stay together throughout the weekend.

The 5-acre property gives you something that's increasingly hard to find near Colorado Springs — space and privacy.

Relax outside with a cup of coffee, watch the sunset, gather around the fire pits, soak in the hot tub, or simply enjoy the peaceful countryside setting.

We've also recently refreshed the outdoor furniture with two new rocking chairs, a new outdoor sofa, loveseat, and two matching chairs, creating even more comfortable places to enjoy the property.

Sleeping Layout

The home comfortably accommodates large groups with:

5 private bedrooms with doors
1 open-concept basement sleeping area (no door)
Upstairs bedrooms connected by an enormous Jack & Jill bathroom

The flexible layout works especially well for families, wedding parties, and groups traveling together.

We've Been Busy Making Improvements!

We've made quite a few updates since our last professional photo shoot, and we're continuing to improve and redesign several areas of the home.

Recent additions include:

A large sectional in the loft
Additional seating in the private theater
Pac-Man arcade game in the basement
Two bar-height tables and chairs in the game area
Additional décor throughout the home
Two new gray leather couches in the great room
New outdoor sofa, loveseat, matching chairs, and rocking chairs

We're also redesigning several areas of the home and hope to have those projects completed by the holidays — possibly even by Halloween.

We'll have the home professionally photographed again as soon as the updates are complete.

In the meantime, don't be surprised if the home feels even better in person than the photos suggest. Our guests tell us that all the time!
