Top floor unit in the Birchwood condos. Bright and open living space with private bedrooms. Easy walk to the Birches trail, Sawduster and Snubber lifts, fitness center/indoor pool, and base-area. Also located on the shuttle route if you want to save your legs for the slopes. Three bedrooms plus a loft with two additional twin mattresses. Gas fireplace for a cozy post-ski evening and washer/dryer to freshen up your gear after an active day. Quiet and friendly condo block, perfect for families or small group looking for a cozy and calm space to base their adventures.

Winter Sugarloaf Ski Trip

This property was amazing! Walkable to Village and ski lifts! The property accommodated 4 adults, 2 teens, and our small dog ideally! It was clean and supplied with all kitchen and linen goods. It was convenient to cook and ski. We skied so much and had a blast! The condo was comfortable and cozy! Thanks for a great stay!

FAM Ski Vacay

Ryan was an excellent host who greeted us with "welcome" items and necessary information. The condo is set up on three levels and spacious enough for six adults, offering three bedrooms for privacy and down time. The entrance provided multiple hooks to hang coats and ski gear along with boot warmers and a ski locker! Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Washer/dryer available. Seated area with large comfy sofa and roku was easy to navigate for movies and music. Easy walk on Access road to lifts and Sugarloaf Mountain. Overall, a successful stay and definitely would book again!

Our family spends as much time as we can (all seasons!) at Sugarloaf and like to open it up for a few weeks each winter when we know we'll be away. We like to partake in all that the area has to offer (downhill skiing, cross country skiing, skinning, hiking, fatbiking, etc.) and are happy to pass along any info we can share.
