Florence Family Farmhouse Retreat

Wonderfully designed, this space takes the comfortable, relaxed farmhouse style and adds a modern freshness. This is a SWEET RETREAT!!!

This large 3,581 sq. ft. classic farmhouse on a secluded 8.85 acres lot has everything you need for family gatherings, small church groups, scrapbooking groups or old friends hanging out. Each space is uniquely furnished with special touches to provide guests with comfort & a style reminiscent of the simple country life. This beautiful home offers two living areas, a fully stocked kitchen ready for a gourmet meal, and a walk-in shower in the master. We also offer starter coffee, creamer, sweeteners and we supply shampoo, conditioner and body soap in each bathroom.

Outdoor amenities include a huge kid’s playground, a gigantic fire pit area, hot tub and a very long covered front porch with 4 wooden rockers. The backyard patio has a large teak table with 12 chairs. We also have 2 outside swings, a picnic table, a Weber charcoal grill and gas grill.

Our farm is conveniently located approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the following popular destinations: McLane Stadium, Baylor University, The Silos, Downtown Waco, Cameron Park, Cameron Park Zoo, Hawaiian Falls, Waco National Monument, and Slow Rise pizza on the Brazos River. We are just 6 minutes from both Homestead Heritage and I 35. We are 25 minutes from Waco Surf.

We do have surveillance cameras on the outside of the property. All cameras are clearly visible and used for security purposes.

Guest will have access to the entire home except for a few owner’s locked off closets.


Other things to note
Absolutely NO SMOKING or illegal drugs allowed anywhere inside the house or outside on this property at any time.

Three of the bunk beds have full size beds for the bottom bed.

King beds have adjustable mattresses with the ability to raise & lower the head of the bed.

Guest must bring their own wood to burn in outdoor pit. We do stack fallen limbs but cannot guaranty wood will be available. Please check with McLennan County to verify if burn ban is in place before starting a fire.

Must be 21 or older to book.

The Directv Choice™ package provides over 200+ channels and 85+ HD channels. In addition to these channels, guests have access to NFL Sunday Ticket, regional sports channels, local channels, and the ability to record shows to watch at a later time.

There are 5 bathrooms in the house: 2 full bathrooms and 2 half baths are located downstairs where there are 3 bedrooms. 1 bathroom is upstairs where there are 4 bedrooms.

We have two dining tables seating up to 15. We also have 4 stools at the bar area in the kitchen.

If your overnight group will exceed the 16 person occupant limit, please give us a call or message to make arrangements. Additional fees may be required.
