The Welcoming Winston | 3BR Cozy Home & Pool Table

This private home is located in a great South Salem neighborhood. It is professionally decorated with a modern touch. You will walk into the spacious living room that opens up to the kitchen. The kitchen includes all new appliances, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and a center island. There is a coffee maker, and toaster oven available as well. The dining area features a table that seats 8 people. This space is exceptionally modern for an enjoyable stay for you and your guests!

The master bedroom includes a memory foam Queen-size bed, smart television, ensuite bathroom with full body mirrors as sliding closet doors. The second bedroom includes two Twin-size beds with full body mirrors attached to the sliding closet doors. The third bedroom includes a Queen-size platform bed with comfortable pillows. We provide 100% Egyptian cotton sheets for every bed. All of the SMART TVs feature Roku with access to Netflix, Hulu and the free Roku channels where you can stream all of your favorite shows and movies. There are a total of 4 TVs in the home. There is a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent for your convenience. In the next room over, find the game room with a pool table and SMART TV for your entertainment!

This space is exceptionally safe, with cameras at the front as well as an alarm system. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.

Perfect spot

Went to the race at Bowman Gray Stadium and found this house was close to the event. This was a perfect location to not only the track but the main things to do or eat but far enough away in a nice quiet neighborhood. Check in and out was a breeze and the house had everything we needed

Very professional and quick responses from the property owner. Didn't have any issues with the property other than some doors not latching or locking. There were plenty of items available to use for your convenience. It was a great stay overall and highly recommended

Minimalist

Get there and the neighborhood has garbage and tents in yards. Next morning try and shower - no soap, no shampoo and by 2nd day no toilet paper. There for Mothers Day and graduation. Running to store for supplies not great in morning unplanned. States sleeps 7 but only 6 beds. Listing not changed. Barely any kitchen stuff. No dishwasher. Lights from cars all night in master bedroom. Not one table in living room just a couch. Very disappointing. I have stayed in 50 rentals. Never wrote a bad review. Wouldn’t stay here.

We stayed here with 4 men so we could golf the area, the house was a little dated but clean and everything worked good for us. It was very conveniently located to interstate i40 so travel to and from the house was great. Communication with the host was excellent. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.
