Cozy and welcoming

This house was a terrific spot for our stay. It is well kept, had everything we needed and a great location, about 15 minutes from Dreams Park and downtown. It was quiet and relaxing after long days. Marian was attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Feels like home! So cozy and clean

Beautiful home, property, land etc. Very clean and cozy from the moment we walked in. Bathroom was also updated which was a nice surprise because we thought it was glass shower doors. Will absolutely stay here again. We felt right at home and we usually don’t because we’re concerned of cleanliness and coziness. Love this home & treated it like it was ours!

The house was lovely and had all of the basics we needed for our stay. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Great communication. I would definitely rent this house again.

Close to Cooperstown

We came for my son’s tournament at the Dreams park and this property was a great location. It was close to the park but also restaurants and downtown. The home was clean and just the right size for 4 adults. We had fun playing with the pool table at night!

Great service within 15 minutes of Dreams Park

We enjoyed our stay at Changing Seasons! We were within 15 minutes of Dreams Park and about the same from the town for the Hall of Fame and shops/restaurants. Very quiet area with a great area to hang out and play games or pool. Marian and her husband were wonderful and were only a text message away. They even came and took out our trash for us! Definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay at Changing Seasons was beyond our expectations. Marian the owner was very pleasant and a gracious host! The house was well maintained and very clean. When we arrived we found fresh cut flowers from the property in every room. The property is spectacular! I would highly recommend this property for your stay in the Cooperstown area.
