Pine Grove - Renovated center hall colonial, Pine Grove is a spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath home located in a country setting on 20 acres. The large yard is very family friendly. A wrap-around porch invites guests to enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing.

The interior of this 3000 square foot home has an open floor plan with a spacious living area that flows into a dining area and into the efficient kitchen. There are wooden and tile floors throughout. Your host provides a Wii game system in the game room, as well as darts, Foosball and a pool table.

A 10 acre waterfowl sanctuary graces the back and side of this property. Guests enjoy watching ducks, Canada Geese, Great Blue Herons and many more beautiful birds. Eight stocked ponds provide great fishing!

This home has Central Air on the second floor and A/C window units on the first floor.
One well-supervised team party is welcome.

Wonderful stay, house had everything we needed

We just returned home from our week at Pine Grove. Plenty of room for everyone. The property was fully stocked, more than in any other rental I have stayed out. We absolutely LOVED the back deck, so peaceful and enough seating for all of us! Daniel, the owner, was very easy to work with.

Great spot for Dreams Park week!

Spacious and well-appointed house. Worked great for large extended family using Cooperstown tournament as a way to reunite. Plenty of bedrooms, AC worked well, lots of amenities, and Dan was always available. The animals were an added plus!

Located on a farm we watched horses and a bull grave the fields and we were able to walk around property. Yard games, fire pit, grill and front and back patio to enjoy nice weather outside. Host is super polite, helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful secluded property, yet right down the road from iconic Cooperstown

Our family truly enjoyed our week at this beautiful property and the opportunity to get away and simply gaze at the incredible view of the stars. The home was spacious and offered plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out. Daniel was a wonderful host and was always available for anything we needed. We appreciated too the ability to host my son's team and their families one evening for a fun cookout with plenty of space for the kids to enjoy corn hole, spike ball, basketball, and other various activities. It was a memorable night for all and a wonderful week for our family. Definitely would return and recommend!

Great for multiple families & entertaining

We enjoyed our time in Cooperstown due to the hospitality shown by the community and especially our host at Pine Grove, Dan. He met all of our expectations and more. The house was comfortable and was great for our multiple families who shared it. Dan was a great communicator before we arrived and even purchased a wagon upon on our inquiry. When we were not at the fields it was a comfortable getaway. We were also allowed one team party which everyone enjoyed. We would definitely recommend the Pine Grove house to everyone.

Amazing House and perfect for a Dreams Park week

We loved our stay at Pine Grove. We were in town for a week at Dreams Park for baseball and this spot was perfect. The house was beautiful with lots of space. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, including cooking basics (spices etc.) so we didn't have to buy all those things just for a short trip. The property was gorgeous, our kids loved seeing beavers in the pond, trying to catch frogs, and greeting the horses. Daniel our host was super kind and went out of his way to let our kids pet the horses, say hi to the friendly dogs, and make sure our stay was perfect. We were less than 20 minutes away from Dreams Park, so getting back and forth for baseball games was easy. Two families stayed with plenty of space and had a great week of baseball and fun in Cooperstown! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Comfort and Relaxation

We booked this room for our family as well as two other families during the Dreams Park tournament at Cooperstown (July 2024). Daniel (the owner) greeted us upon arrival and he was nothing short of welcoming and accommodating. That first afternoon, he allowed us to feed and pet the horses. The house fit our families (6 adults and 3 children) comfortably. The porch served as a comfortable area to enjoy the picturesque property while listening to the birds, while sipping our morning coffee or relaxing late in the afternoon after a day of baseball. The property allows sufficient room for a few wiffle ball games to be played! And the children enjoyed the ponds as well. The perimeter of the grazing area for the horses and bull is easily walkable and/or provides as an easy running route! The covered patio and enclosed patio were also great places to relax. We collectively thought it was a wonderful place to play -- it is comfortable and is a sure bet for relaxation. We highly recommend!!!
