The Space:
The spacious 2,200-square-foot condo offers a comfortable and well-designed layout across two floors.
On the first floor, you'll find a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals, and a dining area for enjoying them. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a shower and tub. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed. Additionally, there's a cozy loft area with seating and a TV, along with a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for children.
The condo is a side-by-side duplex with separate entrances, and you'll have access to a wide double driveway, providing parking for up to three cars: one in the garage and two in the driveway.

**Pets are welcome with a fee, and a weight limit of 20 lbs applies for up to two dogs.**

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Came to Traverse City for a wedding, the accommodations were very nice and clean and seemed new. Ordered groceries they were ready for us. Questions were answered promptly. Would definitely stay here again. Traverse City is beautiful!
This location was great for shopping and enjoying the bay! The house was clean, modern and beautiful! Our host kindly left us wine and communication was perfect. We will be using Golden Swan vacation rentals again!
This property was a perfect location for our family with small children. It was an easy walk to the water/beach/playground and a short drive to downtown. The condo had everything we could think of and was very clean.
Condo was wonderful - nicely appointed, stocked with everything we needed to start our stay, and was surprisingly quiet given the construction on M22 nearby. Great location as well to either head downtown or up M22 to Suttons Bay and beyond. Katy and the team were super responsive via text and great to work with. We will definitely consider staying here or at another of the Golden Swan managed locations. Thank you!

Perfect property in Traverse City! Plenty of space for our family of 5. Easy to get to TC, Suttons Bay, Sleeping Bear Dunes and all so many more. Kids loved walking the 1 minute down the street to get ice cream every night. There’s a few restaurants that we were able to walk to from the house. The property management company was very good- lots of communications, instructions were easy to understand, house was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to others traveling to the area. We will certainly be back!
Had a great relaxing stay! The host was super helpful and even offered recommendations for stuff to do during our stay. They were also very accommodating and understanding when we had to make some adjustments to our stay. The condo clean and modern with lots of space. Plan to book again in the future!
The property was clean and stocked well with essential paper products, laundry detergent etc. The property was very conveniently located and close to the trail that we used.
We took our 1.5 yo and 3.5 year old, along with my MIL to Traverse City. The property was exceptional, with all of the amenities needed. Clean and warm, it was the perfect property for littles. Centrally located, we were able to get everywhere in short amounts of time. Already booked for next year! Highly recommend.
The condo was great! Exactly what you see in the pictures. Nice layout, clean, toddler friendly. Close to downtown and can walk to a couple restaurants around the area. The communication with the owner was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and accommodations if you’re looking for a trip to Traverse City. Just a block from lake. Size was just right for five plus infant. Property management was very communicative and responsive. C
Property was the perfect set up for me and my husband, our toddler, infant, dog and grandparents! Everything was accessible from the beach to restaurants, ice cream, and a children’s museum. The interior set up of the condo was great- even with all the humans + dog it didn’t feel cramped and everyone had their own space; thoughtfully stocked too. Katy was available 24/7 for any of our needs and always checked in to make sure we didn’t have any issues. Highly recommend!
The property is very nice and well maintained. Easy communication with Katy at the management company. Very convenient location, close to the TART trail, the Bay, good restaurants and a grocery store. Easy access to downtown Traverse City, but in a quieter area.
Lots of interesting places to visit nearby, including the Sleeping Bear Dunes, the Village at Grand Traverse Commons, (be sure to take a tour!), lighthouses, farm stands and many wineries. Fishtown and Mackinac Island are great day trips not far away.

Everything as described. For any questions I had Katy was very responsive. We had 6 people and 4 visit. Plenty of room for our family Christmas get together. Condo well stocked with dishes, glasses, and cookware. Made it feel like our home for the weekend. Thank you for having us.
This condo was excellent for our family of 4 with two older teen daughters & 2 very small breed dogs! It was so clean, comfortable, & nicely decorated. Perfect location close to downtown Traverse City, 15 min. from Suttons Bay, & super close to the main roads to get everywhere. A great bonus was the Tom's Grocery market & Rite Aid pharmacy so close by for necessities. You can walk just down across the street to a little beach park also. Beds were very comfortable. In person was just like advertised pictures. Communication with the host Katy was excellent. I highly recommend!!
Place was very nice, updated and clean. Certainly met our expectations with description and pictures. Worked well for the 5 of us. Two improvements if interested - 3rd bedroom needs better ventilation - no windows nor ceiling fan - would have made better sleeping. Outside seating - would have loved to have place to sit outside to enjoy weather besides driveway. Minimum - upgrade the patio in the back off the master bedroom. Great week of weather and fun! Thanks!
